I had carne asada nachos at the restaurant for dinner and they were messy and too fried. I would not order that again. Also, the lights in the bathroom were too dim for me.

Bar was only open from 5-10. Vending machines didn't accept cards, and they must have been empty for most selections. No bottled water in room and tried to purchase some and didn't have any in machine.

The food was not good at all. I was disappointed In the quality of food and beverages. I wish there was music at the pool area and restaurant/ bar. It would really bring the place to life.

I enjoyed the pool area and the staff and employees were all friendly and accommodating. I felt like royalty! The hot oatmeal chocolate chip cookie made my night!

I thought that furniture was outdated. The chair in room looked very used and should be changed. Coffee machine should be more modern. Room felt a little bit stuck in the 80s Shower faucet was very very loud! I hope it can be fixed,

Staff at hotel weas great and super helpful! People working there were welcoming, friendly and smiling. We were travelling with a baby and were offered a crib to put in our room! That was so helpful! I liked how clean was the room and bathroom, Very happy for that! Great toiletries! The view on mountains was beautiful. We had an air conditioner! It was important on such hot day!

The children of families that were staying there for a tournament were a little rowdy in the AM, running through the halls and were loud. It would be nice if there was a cut off time in both the pool and jacuzzi area for children; like 9:00 PM, so that the adults could use from 9:00 - 11:00 PM. We had panned on using, but at 10:00 PM there were still a lot of children using both areas.

Breakfast was okay just like other buffets. The staff was amazing though super friendly and very helpful! Everyone that worked there were always so nice and friendly, love this place! I will definitely be staying here again everything here was so clean! It was also nice to have free access to the huge gym next door, what an extra bonus!

Was a bit pricier than I normally spend but wanted to stay where the team was staying.

Basketball tourney for high school granddaughter. Room was clean and despite all the teenagers staying here, it was quiet.

The mix up when i paid cash for dinner. At check out, it took 20 minutes to prove i paid cash even though i had the receipt the waiter gave me. Front desk had to call the employee at home to prove i paid cash. I was late for a funeral that i had to speak at.

Room was quiet. Not as clean as prior visits. Hair on bathroom floor and chair had food crumbs in it.

Perhaps hypoallergenic sheets would be much appreciated for someone easily allergic like me. There were also tons of dust by the window area which made our room somewhat stuffy Tub can use some reglazing/deep scrubbing or cleaning or better yet get updated. Front desk could be more friendly. Room can use some general updating for example lighting. Could be more ambient rather than cool white light shades. Room gets warm in the middle of the night as the AC automatically shuts off which was very uncomfortable and made our baby (6 mos.at the time) and myself sweat during our sleep.

Location was fine. Breakfast was okay. Price was alright. Parking was easy.
