The lack of cleanliness of the room. Staff did not tell me when I checked in that I needed to call everyday to get my room cleaned The rooms were not clean, dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor, mirror streaked with some kind of substance, toilet not wiped clean (sometime of liquid on the seat), when I checked in. When asked for a refresh because they did not clean the room, staff dumped my towel on my small table and put refreshed coffee in a grocery bag and did not take the dirty towels.

Everyone was really friendly. When I went to check out, I explained to the staff the problem with not cleaning my room. They comped me one night stay and $100 off my bill. I did not even ask!

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Blanket had stains on it, there was hair still on the bathroom floor, and a towel shoved under the sink. Housekeeping practically barged in while we were sleeping. Also pool was cold.

Our room was not ready and we had to downgrade from 2 queen beds to a king size with a roll up bed. My wife and I traveled with our 2 children so not having both of the queen sized beds made the start a little to cramped for our liking.

The king rooms aren't actually king beds, or they just lied to me about the room I was given. The valet service is expensive and doesn't really work on Sundays you have to go to the basement to get your car. The rooms aren't super clean

Room was quite small & aircon was hard to get right, also not enough towels for the number of guests Lifts were crowded & moving between floors was a problem Our room rate stayed breakfast was included however the following morning were were told only 2 out of 5 people were covered by vouchers & we needed to pay for the others.

2 times we were woke in the morning by staff. We had late check out at 12. And door was opened at 830am No shampoo. No body wash. And the air unit made noise all night. Not a comfortable stay

Now the room wasn't so great. Keep in mind this is close to a $300 room , it didn't have a shower curtain,toilet bowl had big yellow pee stain, the beds reading light didn't work, no trash bag liners, main entry light kept flickering, the shower was confusing to use( instead of being hot it was cold and instead of cold it was set to hot) ,drawer was jammed . I expected more for it being hilton we did tell front desk when checking out and she was kind enough to refund us 50 bucks . It just sucked because I wanted my birthday weekend to be perfect and the room was not what I thought it would be .

The hotel and location itself was nice and had that fancy feeling and I loved going up top to 360 rooftop bar.

Front Desk attitude was terrible. At check in I realized that I left my license at TSA. I was unable to check in without a license. The Front Desk and manager did not offer any solution. They just kept repeating the policy. We asked if we could check in with my guest's ID and that was OK. Why did we have to listen to policy, policy, policy for 5 minutes, instead of working a solution that was very obvious.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Love the location, the rooftop bar was at capacity but we walked over to Ballpark village and ate dinner..

No lock on the bathroom door. Hotel needs to be updated. Room did not have enough outlets for our electronics. No outlets in lamp by bed.

Great location, right next to the baseball stadium same quick walk to the Arch. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices and service was good. Sauna was nice. There is a great 360 view restaurant at the top of the hotel that is very popular. Get there right when it opens because it’s hard to get a seat.

Dated rooms with peeling wallpaper, no assistance offered to get our luggage to our room. Staff was not rude but not overly helpful either. Overall, it's not worth the price tag. I have stayed in much less expensive hotels with much nicer amenities and staff.

Our room was not ready for check in til 5:30 we had plans for the kids to swim before the game and did not have time. We got back to the room after the game and had zero linens for the pull out couch. Took an hour to get them.

There was no body wash in the bottle in our room. The room was not ready when it was supposed to be, however they gave us free breakfast vouchers to compensate for that.

The parking was ridiculous, I paid for the room, I should’ve at least only had to pay for parking once….. very upset I had to pay over 65$ just for parking on top of the room. I asked the workers about it and they could not help me. I would not recommend this place just for this, it is ridiculous to have to pay for parking for this much for less than 24 hrs

The laundry facility was inside pool area and was only accessible during those hours. The exercise room didn’t have any treadmills or cardio equipment.

Elevators were always backed up and slow someone was always holding them . Rooms were spacious but nothing to rave about . Room service menu was very limited and you had to use your cell phone to pull up the menu . Sheets were not available for the couch bed .

Room was somewhat dirty. And hot. Went to bar upstairs but elevator was broken down which left you with no way down and ended up using service elevator instead. Felt it was overpriced. Not enough food selections felt it was advertised incorrectly it was limited in food places at the location.

Lunch in the bar was excellent. Closeness to the stadium was great.

One of the desk staff was either not well trained or did not want to deal with providing us with the correct number of breakfast vouchers. We were only provided with 7 for our entire stay and when I asked was told that was correct, when I read on the voucher we needed one per person per day, which we did not have. I asked again and was told we only needed one per table. He left and did not fix the problem. We had to fix it ourselves at breakfast the next morning. Also, he did not tell us we had to ask for maid service! Not provided every day! Very irritating when we had six of us!

Loved the location. We were there for baseball games and it was perfect. Also liked that there were places to eat at the hotel and breakfast was great!
