The TV remote was missing from my room and not enough pillows on the bed.

The hotel garden is really lovely and the hotel common areas are beautiful. It was nice to be able to walk to the local restaurants from the hotel.

Missing some obvious amenities in room, like ice container, room number system was odd, facility was difficult to navigate, very small refrigerator, freezer frozen (making usage impossible), Luke warm shower, no drinking glasses

no wifi available during in hotel room during our stay swimming pool closed due to end of season (no notification on booking com) - nevertheless hotel staff tried to find solution garden paths were cleaned by two leaf vauum devices from 8 am on which was very noisy and is environmentally unfriendly.

There were a couple of hairs in the bathroom.

Nice place not far from Vegas with Eropean vibe. We had an early check-in at no additional cost. Personnel was friendly and room quite good. Free parking made our stay even better.

They charged my debit card for 3 different amounts and never returned the 3rd hold after the 7-10 business days now I’m disputing the charge with my bank. SUCH A HASSLE for a one night stay

The back of the lamp area needs a bit of cleaning . We saw candy wrappers left behind and it was dusty. Cleaning crew need to do a better job checking everything and bedsheet had stain. Also, the WiFi doesn’t work, please check on that.

It was raining all weekend so I couldn't go to the pool I think this resort needs an indoor pool that would be top notch.

I like the Lakeview the room service was good but I got expensive after taxes and a service fee and a tip The room needs a deep cleaning like move the furniture and dust and vacuum everything.

Size of shower stall, hit shower wall and door while bathing. Carpet underneath bed was very dirty. Too much dust. AC in the room did not cool well even at 62 degrees.

The bathroom was not clean. Toothpaste all over the counters and fixtures. It wasn’t a little bit it was the entire bathroom counter. Didn’t notice it till I was getting ready for bed . Bath tub had dirt in it. Walls had scuff marks throughout bedroom area.

I didn’t like that my pillow came up missing. I fell the staff was very rude the way the handled it. Because my pillow was on the bed I believe some stole it because it was a $200 dollar pillow. As a disabled Veteran I will make sure I tell all my military friends how untrustworthy this venue is.

I think they were severely under-staffed. Linens and room service trays were left outside of another room on our hall for the entire day. The ice machines on our floor and the floor below were both out of order (only one was marked as such.) The hotel is right on a man-made lake and part of a village town center with restaurants and shops which was nice but the hotel had no information available about that for guests. It is a very long walk from the self-parking lot to the rooms on the opposite end of the property. There is a valet and bell staff but only if you arrive early enough.

This is a beautiful property if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was good (and hot). Our room had an enormous bathtub in addition to a stall shower so that was fun. Not sure why anyone needs a phone next to the toilet, but I guess it's a perk? We learned there were water craft rentals which would be a fun thing to do in the future. The front desk staff were helpful in dealing with some complicated reservation issues.
