I didn’t like that there weren’t mini fridges in the rooms or the fact there were a lot of storage space to unpack effectively.

Every time I come here I enjoy the welcoming staff, great atmosphere, and a super clean and comfortable space.

Our second visit our room was tiny and windows facing other rooms and a roof. We know it’s a micro hotel but it’s small and we paid quite a bit for it. The value seemed to be pushing it. We would still recommend but to be sure to ask for a bigger room.

We’ve been here before. First visit the room was Clean, a great location and fun room with lots of windows. Second visit the room was Clean with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower, friendly service. The pizza is terrific, don’t miss it!!

The hotel advertises with its excellent value for money - ww think the value for money does not add up at all. Rooms, bathrooms, beds - as well as the reception and all other public spaces, except the roof top bar - are indeed very small; service is minimal (or room was never cleaned, our bath supplies never replenished, but we could have asked for it). But the hotel is at least as - or much more - expensive as other large hotels with a "normal" standard of service in Washington DC. The hotel is nice, and we can handle the small rooms and lack of service - but for what you get, the hotel is much too expensive. Maybe the value for money part works only for the cheaper, loud, basement rooms, whereas we had a room on a higher floor. But I checked the price on those, too - and still, I can't see the value for money at all. Next time, we will look for value for money somewhere else.

The hotel is a charming building with hip, young vibe in excellent location - Lincoln Memorial and White House within walking distance (but do consider DC is spread out wide, so walking distance means 20-30 minutes). Rooms, beds and bathrooms are small - but they are advertised as being so, so it is no reason for complaint - and spotlessly clean. Service is only on request - which is also known beforehand. Fantastic bar / lounge on the rooftop, good pizza on the ground floor.

The sink is WAY too small. Difficult to properly wash my face or anything. I understand it’s difficult since it would block the door but I’d prefer some way to have a bigger sink or an expanding sink or something.

We spend a night in the hotel and felt really good. James, the front desk guy, made us feel welcomed and he was very helpful. I definitely recommend trying their pizza. Especially the gluten-free option. It is one of the best I ever had. They also have a bar there with tasty beer. Definitely recommend the hotel!

A couple nights the music above us (rooftop bar) was loud.
