No breakfast, no take home toiletries. Mirror in a WIERD spot on the wall, so you have to see yourself in the bed and no digital clock to check the time.

Two different flavored waters offered in the front lobby. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Microwave and mini fridge. Plenty of available TV channels and outlets to charge devices. Location was awesome and extremely comfy lounge with many plush chairs and lots of books.

My only complaint would be that the bathroom needs more light in the shower area.

Restaurant bar was not clean. Service was just ok. Cocktails were flavorless. Too many staff and other people behind the bar. Confusing and distracting. Staff did not say goodbye or ask how our stay was. They were looking right at us as we left but never stopped their conversation to say goodbye

The hotel is located close to the start of Main street in North Adams, near the city hall, it easy to spot the hotel from distance. There a few restaurant nearby on Main street and a few fast food restaurant around the area in walking distance, there a pharmacy (CVS & Walgreens) and supermarket (Big Y) located near Mohawk trail. MASS MoCA art museum is located in walking distance using State street. The lobby look very modern and clean, there a room with a few couches and tv in the lobby to sit, and there also a small table with kettle and coffee makers with table to sit on, there a parking lot right outside of the hotel. I got to sleep on both side of the building, both sides offer a nice view, clean rooms, big tv inside the rooms, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker.

The best option for North Adams. They've done a great job on renovations and you can't beat the location. Maybe a couple of small bottles of drinking water in the room at least upon arrival, no need to replenish, would be a nice touch but otherwise all good.

I wish all the money that’s been spent on reviving North Adams had been more successful-but I appreciate this hotel’s commitment to that effort.

Clean, comfortable, well located within walking distance of MoCA, historic downtown streets, and places to eat. Friendly welcoming staff. Free parking onsite in open surface lot.

The fact that room doors slammed shut was a bit jarring at all hours. And one elevator being out of commission was a slight pain being on the 6th floor. But it was immaculate & super easy to navigate...and I especially appreciated the parking! I'd go back! 👍🏻😏

The storm occurred on Friday, i arrived on Tuesday. there was still ice and snow on part of the driveway and parking lot. Although, it is a city sidewalk, there was still ice and snow on parts of it. If you wanted to approach your car form the side walk there was ice and snow to climb over. I paid for my stay on booking dot com. Although the Clerk was very nice, there was confusion about how I was able to pay for incidental . It was suggested that I needed a different card, but it was all worked out in the end. it took 2 people to complete the transaction. I have stayed at this hotel many times, even in the same room. As far as furnishing go nothing has been changed since the new owner took over.,

There is no breakfast available at the hotel. they put out coffee the first day, no water for tea. The second and third day they put out tea bags but no water to make the tea. they should have a list of places where you can eat breakfast readily available.

No breakfast available & unfortunately the restaurant isn't open on Monday & Tuesday. A lot of the area restaurants were also closed also. 2 of the 3 washing machines were out of order. With the renovations going on much of the lobby was closed off as was some of the parking lot.

Great location. Appreciate the guest laundry that is needed when travelling for 3+ weeks. Clean. Restaurant was good & right downstairs. Nice view from our room on Fl 6, Will be nice after all the renovations are completed.

Location was nice; staff recommended a good place for dinner that 2was obviously a local favorite. We were just passing through on our way to Boston, so it was a nice respite on a road trip. Parking was in an open lot where alot of construction was happening, but it was fine.

The shower curtain was very annoying and kept sliding down at both ends and the floor of the tub was extremely slippery when it got wet.
