Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaQuite a few things in the room didn't work. The hotel decided to do power washing of the front driveway all night until 5am, outside our bedroom window. I called the front desk and the said there was nothing they could do. They asked me to call the manager in the morning to complain. I did, but the manager was too busy for me and said she would called back but never did yet. Dont get me wrong, it is a great hotel, just hoping to actually sleep at night in a hotel.
The room and pools and other amenities were great

United States of AmericaEverything was great!
Perfect for a group stay! We had a group of 5, so having two bathrooms, multiple rooms including a kitchen, and enough beds for everyone was so helpful. Although this hotel isn't right on the strip, it is close enough you can easily walk there. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of all the pools but they looked nice.

United KingdomThey tried to sell timeshares, by offering you money to spend on the Strip, but just say no to that, at least they respect your refusal and don't do a hard sell.
The location is right next to the Sphere, free parking and easy checkout process, just drop off the keys and you are off.

United States of AmericaBuilding #1 is right on the main street and with poor insulation in the windows, it was very loud all night long. This could easily be solved with better windows for the street facing units in buildings 1 and 2. My guess is they save these for non-Club Members so beware.
Two good sized bedrooms and living room / kitchen were more than adequate. Close to Vegas Strip. Sphere is right next door.

United States of AmericaThe timeshare pitch that was foisted upon us on check-in. The woman doing the pitch was lovely but we were tired from our travels and didn't appreciate the indirect way this conversation was approached. While staff came in and made our bed, they didn't clean anything -- we had dust bunnies by the end of the week. We also would've appreciated an elevator to get our stuff up to the 3rd floor.
The staff was friendly, the suite was perfect for our family of four and we appreciated that the kitchen was actually stocked and there was a washer and dryer. It was a really nice accommodation and the location was excellent -- close to everything.

United States of AmericaWould be nice if check out was at 11a. 10a is a little too early, especially for Vegas.
Great amount of space, very good location just off of the strip, nice amenities like the pool. The condo is a little older, but well maintained.

United States of AmericaKitchen was a bit unclean, every dish or glass we used had to be washed before using, food remnants stuck on dishware, maybe dishwasher not working correctly from previous wash, house cleaning should make sure dishes are clean. Front of stove had drips of something that was not cleaned from last person who stayed.
Location was great, able to walk to strip. Very clean and manicured grounds. Right next door to the sphere.

United States of AmericaIt would have been great to have that breakfast included with our stay. The shuttle transportation doesn’t leave the resort anymore.
We did not try breakfast for the fact that it was not self serve breakfast. But love that it had its own restaurant, bar and game room for the youth.

United States of AmericaI loved the king sized beds, full kitchen, location to the sphere, the magic show was phenominal and keep that coming that was so awesome. I loved all the activities you had on site, and the arcade, the bar and grill, the heated pools and the hot tubs, the covered parking, the washer and dryer, the things we could use in the kitches, the full sized fridge, and the microwave, and two bathrooms, that was all phenominal, and that magic show I cannot get over that one, that was pretty awesome. I wish we could have stayed longer to attend the luau, and the kareoke, and the st patricks day festivities. The weather was so nice, and it was an enjoyable stay and I cannot wait to come back and use with my weeks that I purchased onsite. The Concierge was so helpful, and we had a great stay.

LithuaniaI didn't like the situation with breakfast. The information at Booking shows that a "good breakfast is included" in the price. I don’t know how it is in the USA, but in the EU this phrase means that breakfast is included. Here it turned out that it was just a $30 deposit. Which is completely insufficient for breakfast at hotel prices. And secondly, this is the only hotel during a trip to the USA that, even after 20 days, did not return the deposit, and the deposit amount was greater than in all other hotels.
I liked the layout of the hotel itself, the large kitchen and everything necessary for life (even though we didn’t need it). Heated swimming pool.
