Noisy residents...

Breakfast is good. Only that some residents are not sensitive to making noise...doors were being bang and talking were loud but over all stay we were fine....

The fact that my husband was still sleeping, while I went to meet the rest of the family for breakfast. . But housekeeping still entered the room anyway. Took out the dirty towels, but didn’t leave any clean ones. So I had to go ask them for clean ones.

Location was awesome. Shannon from the front desk was amazing. Easy check in process. Very courteous and great customer service.

The walls are very thin, you could hear people all night talking and walking around. The bed was very uncomfortable. Had a slant in the bed and which made it impossible to share with my husband.

The breakfast was really great. There were bacon, eggs, Cinnabon, cereal, fruit, juice, etc. The staff was really great. They were kind and friendly. There were minor issues, and they were quick to handle them. On Saturday, the lady was working the breakfast area and the front desk. I didn't see her stop moving the entire time that we ate breakfast. It was clean.

From the room I needed to call the front desk, no answer! When I had to go downstairs the front desk said phone did not ring! Doors loudly would slam shut. Constantly, hear doors. It needs better springs to control the closing.

Cart was available to load luggage. Breakfast every morning was nice.

Needed drapes on window to be able to block out the sun during evening hours. everything else was exceptional.

Breakfast was exceptional, the staff insured area was clean an item were refiled as needed. The entire staff of this facility were exceptional.

Unfortunately, our room had a dresser drawer that refused to stay closed. and no matter how many times we pushed it back in, it would completely open again. Also, the toilet tissue holder in the bathroom was broken on one side making it difficult to keep the toilet roll from falling off onto the floor. We were there on a Sunday and there were no maintenance people available. However, the very sweet lady at reception did try to fix it for us, but it came loose again right away. I appreciated her efforts anyway.

Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, I should have gotten there a bit earlier because I missed the scrambled eggs, but the substitute of prepared from frozen egg and cheese omelets was fine. Coffee was good and choice of foods was very good. The room was clean and the bath had plenty of towels. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Need a fan in the exercise room and toilet seat needed fixing.

I smelled a faint smell of mustyness upon entering the room. Fortunately, I brought my spray. The curtains wouldn't close all the way without some major maneuvering (some were not hooked correctly). The wallpaper in the bathroom seemed loose and there was a cracked portion in the entryway of the room. Nothing really really bad. One thing that needs to be addressed, is the green stuff on the shower head!!!!! Soak that in some vinegar or replace it please. That alone made it not worth the price.

The hotel did not appear dated and the grounds were well kept from what I could see. I liked the space and the accommodations for persons with mobility issues. The bed was roomy and the pillows were comfortable. The towles were also very clean. I shared pictures of my favorite angles.

The breakfast was pretty gross. The sausage patties were hardly cooked and had the potatoes not been labeled, I wouldn't have know that's what they were.

The shower was nice, water temp was good and pressure was nice. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

This is not meant as a negative review but things the hotel need to consider. The room was not child proof. I did not like the fact that my 18-month-old grandson was able to open the door so easily. I did not like that the top door latch had to stay latched to keep the door from being opened by grandson; meaning having to get up to let someone in the room. The Keurig machine was at a level he was able to easily pull out. Things had to be moved from a medium level to a higher level (beside television stand). There was no way to give the children a bath other than the shower. At the age of 18 months, and 5 years old, they are not accustomed to showers. There was some mold in the shower, but with my cleaning supplies, the shower was cleaned to a point where showers could be taken. Another improvement that would help is putting something in place to help keep floor from getting wet when taking a shower. Looking at the chair in my room, the chair needed a chair cover. The chair in my room looked like it should have been tossed out.

I enjoyed the staff being able to change my room to accommodate my needs or the extra room for family.
