The parking availability was horrible. I had to park in another hotels parking lot. I couldn’t even park in the parking lot of the hotel that I was actually staying in.

Bottom of tub has a weird grisly feel to it. I imagine it is to make it non-slip but this is a super odd way of doing that.

Super comfy beds. Able to control room temp. Large 2 room (plus bathroom) suite was really nice. Quiet - I was on 5th floor so no one was above me. A great night’s sleep.Breakfast was very nice.

I did not like that when I booked my room, I asked for a King Suite. However that's not what I got. Very disappointing.

Our room types were changed leaving us without a place for one person yo sleep, towels were sparse and one had black stains in it, two towels for a room booked for 6 is crazy!!

The carpet floor in the room was stained. The sink and tub in the bathroom were slow to drain.

The breakfast was nice. The food was served hot, and the selections were good. The breakfast seating location was convenient.

We reserved a living room suite with two queens and a sofa bed. When we arrived, we were assigned a room, but the key didn’t work. We got the key fixed, but when we opened it, the bolt was on the door, and people were inside. We went back and were assigned another room. Same thing happened! After that, there were no more living room suites available, and we had to find another place to stay at the last minute, which ended up costing us almost twice as much, but we had no choice. They said they would refund me, so we shall see.

Jason at the front desk. We arrived late on a Friday night, and he was the only one handling the busy front desk. He was as helpful as he could be, but the hotel appears to be very disorganized.

Not the newest or prettiest hotel but everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location seemed pretty rural but it was conveniently just off I-95 so it was fine for a one night stay over. Breakfast was good including some amazing cinnamon buns. Overall was a pleasant comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy with the scrabbled eggs. Although the scrambled had ran out on my way to seconds the cook assured me the omelets were great too, and he was right. Bagels, turkey sausage and cereal were also apart of my meal.

The cleanliness of room was lacking. Carpet had multiple stains. Bathroom really needed a good scrubbing. They use a dispenser for shampoo and soap, scum on it was unreal! No way you could miss it! Also shower had scum buildup on walls. Not your usual for HIE. Our sink also had no stopper!

A baby in the pool was naked. I don't appreciate swimming in someone's toilet. The clock in the room hadn't been reset to daily savings time and I didn't notice plus I didn't receive my wake up call so missed breakfast.
