the door safety latch to the hallway was very lose as if someone losened the screws them purposely.i asked the front desk for a repair of it.she offered a new room but said maintenance would fix it the next day and they didnt i ens up puting some furinture by the door.

The larger bed and televison and nice work desk and the endless breakfast options were very tasty.thank you.

Very few channels on Direct TV network, no place to buy anything to eat except vending machines. Ice machine did not work on our floor. Main floor mens bathroom stopped up

Location to Retina surgery center came up night before surgery so we did not have to leave our house so early and drive from Warner Robins

The first room I was placed in had a very strong, weird odor that made the entire room smell. The bathroom door didn't have a lock on it, and had a huge chunk of tile missing on the floor. The carpet was pretty old with stains on it. Luckily, I was able to change rooms and the second room was better, however, I was not aware it was an adjoining room.The guests in the other room were extremely loud and yelling in the room, and kept slamming the doors at all hours regardless of the posted sign clearly displaying "Quiet Hours". The safe in the second room did not work at all so I was unable to use it. The refrigerator temperature button inside was completely missing from it. The elevator floors in the hotel were all sticky. Breakfast- l would've liked to have some bacon, and scrambled eggs added as they only have turkey and pork sausage links, and omelets.

Breakfast was pretty good, and there was a variety of items to choose from like (cereal, oatmeal, grits, yogurt, turkey and pork sausage links, omelets, biscuits w/sausage gravy, toast, bagels, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc). The cinnamon rolls were so delicious! 😋I looked forward to eating those every day. There was also coffee (regular, and decaf), and, a variety of juices. I liked the extended breakfast hours as well, and the attendant was always there welcoming everyone daily. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The location is near many other restaurants, stores, and shopping. The room was very spacious and included a safe. I had plenty of room to store my clothes or hang them in the wardrobe closet. The sofa was very comfortable and I liked the dining tray as well, and the large screen tv.

Towels were missing after i checked in. Some other issues like no towelcurtain , making the bathroom soaked after a shower. Dated and stained carpet in room. Parking garage very unkept and full of junk, doesn’t feel secure.

Security can be better. The elevator lobby at the parking level have an access keypad to use with the room card, people without a room card cannot access the elevator lobby so they wait until comes and sneak in going upstairs. I think you need access readers inside the elevators, people that are not in the hotel will not be able to go up.

Check-in was slow and frustrating. Room not stocked with tissue. We asked for tissue to be delivered to the room and was told we would have to get it our selves from the front desk. AC / Heat noise was very loud. Fan noise in the bathroom was terrible.

Room was spacious. Great view. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Breakfast lady was delightful. Parking was close and easy. Felt safe.

The bathroom needed a little attention. It was clean and everything worked , but the sink faucet only gave cold water and was crooked. There was no stopper in the sink either. We did not have much water pressure in the shower.

It was a great value and the location was great. The room was comfortable and we felt safe outside the hotel and in the parking lot. I-285 was closed in several sections for construction and we were able to access this hotel easily using other residential routes. It was convenient to Truist Park, Perimeter shopping and Buckhead. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!
