You charged me $40 to park my rental in your parking lot. Where else was I supposed to park?? I feel gouged!! My family in another room on a separate booking didnt pay for parking. This was unfair and simply WRONG!

Parking!! You charged me $40 to park for 2 days in your parking lot. Why would you charge guests to park. My other family members were not charged, I’d like a refund for parking or I will never stay at this property again.

Water was cold and took a while to heat up - wasn’t very powerful shower. No hot tub.

Really close to Disney and Disney springs. So perfect for what we needed.

Location was superb !!! Breakfast…just fair. Facilities, ok. Parking lot, very good ! Pillow and bed could be more comfortable. Overall, very good, but prices during holidays, specially December, are very high !!

I did not like the fact that there were long thin strands of hair on the bath towels and the soap was not enough.

We booked an executive king size room with balcony. When we checked in there were none available, so was offered king without balcony or a queen room with balcony instead. We chose the queen. (We were refunded the difference in price). The room and bed felt damp but maybe this was because of the a/c, which was extremely noisy. The beds and pillows were not that comfortable. The shower wasn’t the best, low water pressure. The room could do with been refurbished. The pool area wasn’t great, could do with a clean and umbrellas around the sun beds.

The staff I spoke to were warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly, (these were all on reception or house keeping). Location for Disney is fantastic. Loved the fact we could walk to Disney Springs. Plenty of places to eat in the area.

For starter, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was hard, and you could tell they skipped on quality. It was just springs, and they put a removable, extremely worn pillow topper over it. The comforters we obviously stained. Secondly. The bathrooms need some work. They clearly just painted over rust that was poking through instead of properly addressing it. The bath towels were undersized and of the cheapest quality you can buy, and some had stains. Overall, if it wasn't for the friendly staff staff and location I would have rated the hotel much lower

The hotel staff was very friendly and as accommodating as possible, and the location was excellent in relation to both Disney World and Universal Studios. Also the pool and lobby were nice.

Sliding door to balcony was clouded. The lobby and restaurant area was very minimalist and felt a bit sparse and sterile to me. It was very clean and modern though. Wish they had a hot tub

Room was very clean and updated. Modern decor. Loved having a balcony and great pool with a waterfall/slide feature.

The room had a really bad dingey or moldy smell that wouldn’t go away & the AC wasn’t working that well we had it on 61 and was still hot

Unfortunately, the first night of the 28th, we arrived at almost 1 am. the man at the desk insisted my husband to pay although I already paid online when i booked, the man disagreed, hubby came out to where i had to literally prove everything that we paid. He made us stand for quite a few minutes while saying nothing and snarking till he finally said it was indeed paid. We dropped it, it was whatever. Second night of the 29th. We booked a second room for our family. When they checked in we paid AGAIN. Where i already paid 170 online for the room, he was charged 250 again for the same room. This occurred with the same guy at the counter both nights. Now we are waiting to get back the second deposit and room fee. Please, have him trained on this.

One of the ladys at the desk the morning of 07/29 was EXCELLENNT!! She needs a raise. She was courteous, quick to find any answers, and pays very well attention to the guests. Other staff were pretty nice as well.
