Someone was smoking on the balcony in the room next to use and the smell got into the room

The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub also great.

We were not acknowledged on multiple instances when we thanked the staff or smiled. That turned our holiday mood off for a while.

It is excellent in all the aspects. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in South Oregon. The views and comfort were excellent.

Well, normally we get a discount because my mom lives at Riverview Terrace. And they told me they didn’t give those discounts so was very expensive for two days. This was Roseburg Oregon.

I love the beds it’s comfortable. I had a beautiful view. The hot tub was awesome except for the drunk lady. But not your fault.

Difficult to get onto street , too much traffic in that area going both ways . Breakfast would have been more comfortable if the morning manager had not stood at desk , watching (with what seemed like a scowl) everyone eat breakfast .

Nice breakfast , comfortable beds , plenty of USB charging ports , complementary newspapers in breakfast area , and easy access to our room .

Pool was on the smaller side if you are looking to make a big splash. I did think there would be a walking path along the river, but it was just a well maintained patio area that didn't go anywhere. Still beautiful though.

Husband and I stayed here on our way to the coast. Beautiful property with a covered outdoor spa. Great hot breakfast Saturday morning with omelets, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancake machine, as well as drinks and cold stuff. Even had almond milk. Very comfortable bed. Modern feel.

The room was a little bit dated and the price was a bit high, but I hadn't traveled for a while so maybe the price was the norm.

I traveled for the first time with my service dog and was delighted with this room. It had a door out to the lawn area and back so I could easily take him out when I needed to. Plus the sitting there was so nice to have a cocktail and dinner by the river. What a surprise!

I would like whole cream fresh for my coffee.

Yeah, for some reason he gave me room 300 which was the closest. It could’ve been possibly of the whole property to the freeway and it was noisy. I called down and he gave me a satisfactory room and it was quiet and I was a happy camper. Kind of wish he would’ve gave me that room in the first place.

Bedside light didn't work. Front desk said to check if it was plugged in. It was. Bulbs were unscrewed. One broke. Front desk gave me a replacement. Still didn't work on one side-button broken. No working bathroom fan.

Pool, hot tub, and exercise room were great. Breakfast options were good. Breakfast staff wert above and beyond. Very helpful. Check in/out simple. Liked 24 hour Ice water, coffee, and fruit. Liked microwave and mini fridge in room. Nice view of the river.

The rooms were relatively small with 2 queen beds. The room where bedroom was not well lit. There was one bedside lamp and one lamp near the window. it was hard to see the microwave numbers. The bathroom was especially dark. The bulbs over the sink were low wattage, I could barely see in the bathroom. No light in or near the bathtub/ Shower. Otherwise the room was clean, attractive, TV remote was difficult to figure out! Good TV brand.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Missing were hot items I normally would get at HIE, specifically bacon, biscuits, Sausage gravy and scrambled eggs were all missing at this specific hotel. Also the omelets were not worth eating. One of the items that make HIE a good value is the breakfast. They need to step it up at this hotel. I had recently taken a 6000 mile trip and stayed at many of these hotels and all of the above were available at all of them.

The 100 mile drive to see Crater Lake. Seeing Diamond Lake was good and the beautiful forest.

You need to move the lake closer. The swimming pool. The garden and the river behind it. The kickoff point to our trip to Crater Lake. HA.
