The room attendant apparently was not finished in the from as she used her key and entered the room while my husband and I was putting our luggage away. He told her to go ahead and come in, however I’m sure that made her uncomfortable as she didn’t see me on the other side of the wall. She said oh no it’s ok. I noticed the vent to the air unit was disassembled and the coffee maker as well. Made me feel as if the room was not properly cleaned or finished and instead of her stating that she just left and I had to put these items back in order.

Our air conditioner/heater was propped up with a piece of timber not attached properly and there were bits of skirting board missing.

The room was hot! Our air wouldn't stay on more than a couple minutes at a time.

It is very clean! The rooms are nice. I like the amenities of the dove soap and lotion. The bed was comfortable!

This particular room held a smell. A smell as if it was closed up for a while due to the carpet getting wet or something. Not sure but my bath and body works room spray couldn’t even cut it. I found that to be strange as I’ve never had any experience of dislikes at this facility. Overall I do believe hotels should do away with carpet.

I like the location as we have stayed here often. Fully equipped and spacious.

The breakfast was not the usual quality that we receive at Holiday Inn. There was no fruit (waiting on delivery truck), the belt was broken on the pancake maker, and the bacon was empty and the eggs. It took quite a while for them to be filled. Also there were no grits and it was clearly stated on the menu. The “warm” cinnamon rolls were frozen.

The coffee was available 24 hours and it was excellent. The sausage had an excellent flavor. The location is great if you are interested in shopping! Multiple choices of dining within walking distance.

Construction was going. Nobody bothered to tell us prior to arriving . They had limited rooms available. Therefore we couldn"t get room on top floor. We were given a room on third floor. The first room door frame was crackef real bad on top. We didn't feel secure and bathroom tub had mold. We ended up turning that room key back in. We were then given a key for room 303. The bathtub chalking wasn't as bad as first room but it does need some new chaulk. The plate in microwave made a lot of noise. We checked out around 7am after eating breakfast. There was an insect crawling around on floor close to where we ate breakfast. I killed it and told the employee working front desk what I did and someone should leave it uo. She smiled at me! No one wants to see a bug especially anywhere near food! The 3rd floor carpet never looked vacuumed.

The location was close to restaurants and family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. A microwave in breakfast area would be nice. Eggs were good but cooked too long. Biscuits were real good. The Dove products in bathroom was best thing about room . The double horizontal blinds and lounge chair were nice too.

Strong, perfume spray used in first room for deodorizing. Kicked up allergies.

The lovely lady who checked us in was exceptional. She was patient and kind. We had some things needing to be worked out at the beginning, and she never failed in her graciousness. We stayed three nights, and she continued to bless us at every turn.

There was a loud noisy yelling match in the middle of the night, we believe in the hallway. Not good...

This was an excellent hotel from the start to finish. Check-in was handled professionally, the cart worked well, and the room was spacious and very well designed. I took pictures to remember the excellent format, as this had great furniture, lighting on both sides of the bed, and even 3 shower dispensers. There was a special couch for television, a nice desk for the computer, large refrigerator with freezer, and a luggage holder. Breakfast was definitely above average, with many very good options.
