Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room itself was a little dated, and though I slept well, my wife thought the beds were uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear conversation from the room directly behind the bed, but we were out more than we were in so it wasn’t a terrible bother. There was one front desk employee who clearly didn’t want to be bothered, but the young man who works the 11pm shift was very polite and helpful, and the young lady in the morning was always very welcoming and polite.
Hotel was only about a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was great. And just across the street was a shopping center complete with a grocery store, Marshall’s Clothing Store, McDonalds and a liquor store (if that’s your thing lol). Breakfast was pretty standard: eggs, toast, oatmeal, coffee and cinnamon rolls. Nothing fancy but definitely does the job.

The one thing that was parking...... We came in later of the night and parking was very limited.
The staff was super friedly. The room was clean. The breakfast was great, many hot or cold items to chose from. The sitting area was clean as well.

Our family's room has a queen size bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed is too soft and has no support at all. The child did not sleep well at night and woke up several times.
The children said the breakfast was delicious

The glass window of the room we stayed in had a long crack, but the hotel fixed it with tape. . . Moreover, this room is close to the road and across the road is a construction site. From the room, you can clearly hear the roar of cars in the middle of the night and the roar of excavators and pile drivers before 7 o'clock in the morning. . .
The person who took orders at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us recommend delicious steakhouses.

The “unhappy” front desk staff who does a horrible job in making their guests happy. Especially, I hated to not be greeted by them while I was in the lobby area. Plus, the African American gentleman did not offer me water bottles as an IHG member as if those bottles had been the most expensive things ever…
The cleanliness of the hotel as well as the comfort of my room.

The hotel uses disposable plastic dishes, cups and cutlery for the brekfast buffet. For this price point and for IHG, I was hoping to see more eco-friendly options.
Everyone of the staff was very friendly.and happy to help, the room was spacious and the bed super comfy! The location overall is practical, although the road outside is not very nice to walk.

Windows and doors has some gap with walls. Ice maker machine and refrigerator may make some noises at night.

On the website, it is advertised that this hotel has a partnership with a gym next door that all guests can use. This is why I chose this hotel. Upon arrival, I asked about this and was told they no longer do this and also have no gym on site. False advertisement

Parking is $50. The same hotel in a few miles away has free parking. When we were booking, it said parking is available, but we did not know it would cost us $50/night. This hotel is next to a big street and next to the commuter rail. It is very noisy because of the cars and train.
We went to visit MIT and Harvard. This location is very close to both.

Night staff promised a certain rate on the parking but didn't document it correctly for the next staff to be aware during checkout. Was overcharged. Currently being looked into by the manager, so no result yet.

I booked a disability room. The only chair available was a desk chair on wheels! When I requested a stable chair with arms, I was told unavailable. I noted the lobby had at least 10 that were seldom used.

When we got to the room there was food in the refrigerator that was not ours, when they cleaned the room for us it was clear that they did not clean the refrigerator, it was very unpleasant
