Air con unit in the room was REALLY loud when switching on and it often wakes you up, making for a bad night's sleep.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the pool did not look great. Overall, it didn’t impact our stay too much. Still a great experience.

Traveled with my husband and son for a weekend and we had a fantastic time! Close to everything, great breakfast and family-friendly! I’d definitely stay again

The breakfast was terrible and almost inedible. Please change your biscuits, not even the gravy can save them and please offer at least two omelet styles I'm in the morning.

The fact that once moving the long chair in the room there was some men boxers underneath was quite disgusting. The morning clerk didn’t sound to concerned & didn’t try to make it right she only stated she will speak with the executive housekeeping person while saying well I’m sorry and thanks for letting us know. Yea what a response Smh

Breakfast time was crowdy. No waffles. Not a lot of tables for so many people.

We really appreciate Marquita's help at the front desk. We were one night there during our road trip in December and everything was great, so we knew that we will repeat. One week later we were there again. This time they didn't find our reservation with Booking, but Marquita set up everything even they were almost sold out.. It is a nice hotel, clean, nice rooms, nice services, ...

Doors close loudly so we were woken up a lot being by the elevator and people coming and going a bunch. I guess nobody taught them how to close a door idk. Also the highway was outside our window and that was loud as well. Folks smoking weed in the middle of the parking lot was an interesting choice.

It was nice having parking without having to deal with a valet. Staff was all friendly. Decent breakfast — not just grab and go! Good pillows and shower.

Breakfast was great but never changed the menu. Everyday it was exactly the same. Our room was great but was aged. You could tell it needed cosmetic attention. The cover fell off of the wall AC unit twice. The wall paper in the bathroom was pulling up at the bottom.

The pool was awesome. Warm too! Mike and Byron at the front desk were so kind and hospitable. The breakfast was great.

Initially we were shown to an average room on the 3rd floor but this was quickly changed to a much better room on the 4th floor
