The fact that we couldn't sit down to eat we had to go to our rooms were hard because I had my young children with us. The room was all that clean feeling and the smelled really bad. The shower drain was extremely slow and constantly had water at your feet. The bathroom also wasn't the cleanest as we arrived. Lastly there were no extra towels at all. For the pool or for the room. The hotel ran out.

Breakfast food was very good. Enjoyed this portion of the stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

For $250 per night I expected to be wowed. I was not. The breakfast was good and the attendant was very efficient. There s/b a tip jar in appreciation of his service. The charging station on the table does not work. An easy chair for reading in the room would be a logical addition. There was space for one. The electronic entry keys for my room and the woman across the hall were touch and go. I don't believe I received $550 for (2 nights) worth of accommodations.

The hallway light did not work. The overall room lighting was poor. The body wash container in the shower was empty. The hair dryer did not work. The main door to the room kept jamming and would not close consistently.

The hotel had no air conditioning. The rooms did. Although our room didn't and it was very hot out. The phone didn't work .The light in the bathroom didn't work. They didn't clean room or change towels. Seriously I would not go back.

The beds were fine. Place was clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff member SARAH saved us from a room without air conditioning. Main desk fellow wouldn't help us to get another room. But young lady named Sarah gave us a different room Our room was so hot and the phone didn't work. The whole hotel didn't have air conditioning and it was very hot outside. We were ready to get another hotel when Sarah changed our room. It happened to be an upgrade so the fellow told us the hotel was booked. It wasn't. JUST A SHOUT OUT TO SARAH. THANK YOU

Very understaffed. Had to request room to be serviced - i.e. fresh towels, trash can emptied, toiletries replenished. This was not standard Holiday Inn treatment.We were there for a week and each day we made our bed, reused towels and task trash to the lobby. I grant it was theJuly 4th week but service was non - existent except for the great Front Desk staff,

Toilet flushed very loudly. Had to have the room key, reprogramed three times. Two of the three drawers would not stay shut, without jamming the drawer with a piece of cardboard.

Like I said. I liked staff and the pool and hot tub and location.

Staff was really nice but room had heating troubles and room had broken shampoo dispenser and here was some soap scum in shower and sink counter was chipped. They were doing remodeling. Liked pool and hot tub. Loved the location. Anyways was nice stay but could use some work.

We were put in an adjoining room and could hear the people next door very loudly in my room. No room service unless we requested it. The ice machine in our had been removed. We got.locked out of our room because the key card failed and needed to be recorded.

2 problems: 2 towels per room of 4 adults. faculty ran out of towels for rooms and pool. showers were out of shampoo and body wash. pumps attached to the shower not individually packaged ones to use.
