We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The size of bathroom door to toilet The pool was very cold, Under our sofa bed was orange peels and chip pieces from previous guests
I loved the view of the lake, it was clean and bright inside hotel, pool was cold but hot tub was great floors a bit slippery but not too bad. The breakfast was alright also

Something in our room had us both sneezing and eyes watering. Not sure what has changed or maybe someone had some strong perfume before us. Lol

Just some more attention to detail. The pool should be drained and the tiles power washed. The repairs to the ductwork or something of that nature should be completed asap or covered up/coned off in the pool area. We travelled for the pool and hot tub so it just caught my attention. Glad you have both just would dig in on the details.

Could have been a little cleaner. The first room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke however the staff moved us on request with no issues. Liked that the room had a fridge, microwave and coffee available. Nice little area out of the way for these items too.
Went during off season so there was plenty of seating available and food.

The pool was dirty. Had bandaids and plastic pieces floating in it.

Breakfast was below IGH standards. Coffee was old, toaster only toasted one side of stale bread, no pancakes or waffles, had to ask to replenish items each morning with two attendants. bathroom was very small.
Location was good for a day trip to Put-in-Bay, beds were comfortable and front desk gentleman was excellent.

Not clean behind beds, floor in pool room was very slippery, breakfast options (waffles) removed over an hour before end of breakfast, smart TV/ options to sign into streaming accounts not available, overpriced

Lots of bugs outside the hotel, like everywhere. Also the pool was good but in rough shape cut my foot and very slippery deck.
Clean rooms and nice beds. The hotel was fully booked but you couldn't tell. Great breakfast in the morning. It's a pretty easy drive to Cedar Point.

The TV didn't work in the room, so we had to change rooms. That was kind of a pain, but the tv was much better in the new room.

The breakfast was ok, It would have been better if they had eggs. the pool was great, The bathroom needs some work, tiles were broken, the door wouldn't open all the way and the toilet is in a bad spot, as soon as you open the door its in the way. The beds were very comfortable.

Because hotel is near stores and businesses the nearby intersection stays pretty busy.
The walmart and other stores are near by. The breakfast was hot and ready early in the morning. The hot cinnamon rolls were great. Had a nice pool, the grandkids really liked. Nice workout room.

The bedroom kitchenette floors and bathroom floors in the actual suite needed to be cleaned properly/ better. It was easy to see that the bedroom floors were not wiped.
