I didn’t like the creamer for coffee situation- no milk or cream til after breakfast opened and it was all just sitting in cartons on the counter. Everything seemed cheap, from the soap and tissues to the breakfast. But for the price and the fact that the room was spotless, I wasn’t unhappy. Just need cream for the coffee!

We had an issue with the TV remote we told the front desk in the morning the remote is not working. We can’t turn the TV on and off and they said they would take care of it. We came back not only didn’t they take care of that they didn’t clean the room The next morning we said you know you never fixed our remote or cleaned the room and I am assuming he was the manager said that we’re gonna give you a credit you’ll receive an email. We received nothing and I think that’s bad customer service.

The hotel is in a convenient location. It is close to interstate and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet.

I asked a maid 2 doors away from my room to please refill the soap dispenser. Though my room was serviced, the soap dispenser remained empty. The carpets were very badly stained and unsightly. One of the side doors was propped open with a stone. Not sure if a guest or the hotel did this, but it made me feel unsafe. I also felt the price was too high.

Comfortable bed, clean linens. The breakfast included omelets that were fresh and tasted wonderful. Front desk kindly switched me to a king bed when I told them I didn't need 2 queens as my traveling companion backed out. The room was huge.

Very difficult to get water temps as we wanted; sometimes cold water couldnt be turned on at sink; sometimes hot not obtainable at sink or shower. 2 luggage carts at entrance not sufficient for size of facility...awaiting availability of a cart held up our check-in for quite awhile.

Breakfast good. Facility overall fine. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room size very good.

The hot water ran out and stayed cold for a while. The pool needs a little TLC. There were algae and hair in the pool. The tub needed some scrubbing.

Honestly the only thing that I was upset about was the fact that I wanted to extend my stay and unfortunately for us they were completely booked which caused us to to to end end our stay there I think before a room that a guest is in is booked out maybe check to see if they want to extend stay just a suggestion

The breakfast was good and changed on the days I stayed so I was not eating the same thing every morning and the fact that that staff is alert polite and friendly makes it more pleasant and enjoyable

Front desk staff was rude, some employees openly discussing the Marijuana they smoked outside and how they were ready for naps. We were there for a kids baseball tournament, very unnecessary discussions to have.

I had no cold water from the tap due to the intensive use of the dryer, there was a strong smell of perfume in the hallway. That was a bit disturbing, but at least you couldn't smell it in the room

I have already been to this hotel 2 times, as it is one of the few hotels with breakfast I will book here again in the future Very central location without noise disturbance very friendly staff and very well maintained very large and comfortable rooms

The building has a water problem. The water in the shower of our first room was freezing cold! My grandson took a shower & the water was fine the next person who attempted to take a shower didn't because the water was freezing. My husband called the main desk & told them the situation & we were given another room. (next to the one we had) When my husband was going to take a shower the faucets were wrong. He had to turn it towards the C (for cold) to get hot water! When he first turned the water on it was black, obviously it hadn't been turned on in a while! Our room was next to a utility room & a couple of times during the night there was a very loud pounding noise coming from the room???

It was a good location because of the places we had to go to.
