We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. Recently have had a lot of bad experiences with name brand hotels, but this one made up for all of it. No people hanging around the hotel late at night, and the outsides of the room were clean.

United States of AmericaWhen I check into any hotel room, the first thing that I do is to check the filters on the air conditioner. True to form, these hadn't been cleaned in a while. I removed the blanket of fuzz and lint from each filter, disposed of it and then washed the filters in the tub with the liquid peppermint soap that I use (Dr. Bronner's brand). I have soap allergies, so it is easier to bring my own than chance becoming lobster red. The air conditioner had better flow after that. The only "defects" of any sorts were the bathroom exhaust fan ceased to operate the last morning that I was in the room. It never made any noise, it just stopped. I did find about a half dozen very tiny almost black ants that seemed to be coming from the room that bordered mine on the bathroom side of my room, a lower room number if I recall correctly. Never more that about six ants, they came from behind the toilet and followed the tub/floor junction, never seeming to leave the room. Perhaps they were seeking water? Not really a "problem", but they weren't up to the standards that the rest of the hotel exhibited. Just three recommendations. Supply the trash cans in the room with liners, install a shower head with a bit more flow, and use some BonAmi on the tub by the drain to remove the rust spots that were on the tub surface.
For the most part, the hotel was spotless. They were refurbishing rooms when I stayed there, but it did not detract in any way from my stay. My room was spacious, well decorated with a comfortable bed and pillows that suited me very well. I personally liked the liquid hand soap provided much better than the tiny bar of soap that hotels usually provide. The bathroom is laid out with PLENTY of usable space and the best mirror that I've ever seen. The built in light is fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful. I've had worse food in diners and restaurants. Great variety of different breakfast foods, each that I consumed was cooked perfectly and was very pleasing. Coffee was excellent, and the entire breakfast area was always spotless. How the woman does this I do not know, because most people treated the area as not their own, and just left trash wherever they wished. Obviously people that were raised by television, not parents.

EARLY MORNING CONSTRUCTION ( 8:30 AM) guests should definitely be informed before booking HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER’S DISTURBING KNOCK ON MY DOOR on day of checkout,when as a repeat customer and guest requested “late checkout”…NEVER EXPERIENCED such confrontational behavior in the past!!!!
Closeness to transportation highways,Atlantic City and Wildwood Transit,as well as Cumberland and other shopping malls….Personally,I stay here because The Holiday Inn and Suites is located only ten minutes away from my friends’home,the reason for my visit to Vineland…
