3 parking lot entrances were blocked, and I don't know why. This made gaining access a half mile more driving around to find a way in.

The breakfast we were expecting a croissant in a plastic wrap so were very pleasantly surprised by the huge variety of foods on offer and the charming person who served us. The reception staff could not have been more kind and helpful, I think it was Lilian who looked after us so well, she was so nice.

The hallway carpets were grimy. In addition to looking/smelling dirty there were bits of trash here and there. It didn't look like the carpets had been vaccumed recently, let alone shampooed in the last several months.

After a long international flight all I wanted to do was get to the hotel, grab a bite to eat and go to bed. When I checked in, the young man behind the desk could tell I was dragging. He helped load by luggage on a cart and actually escorted me to my room & unloaded the bags. There is a small bar/grill attached to the hotel where I grabbed a bite to eat. I was expecting standard Tex/Mex bar food but it exceeded my expectations and the staff were very good. The room was clean and pretty much what you would expect at a Holiday Inn.

The bedroom & bathroom have been renovated however the shower area deserved more attention (the shower head should have been replaced, for instance), and so the toilet. Not much water coming out of the existing shower head. The room was comfortable but too noisy (from the inside and out).

Breakfast was looking like it was over at 9am - even though it was advertised to go to 10am. There was a guy there cooking fresh omelettes which was nice, but the other hot food had gone luke warm. bad lighting in restaurant part made it appear older and dimmer than it was.

Good staff, very comfortable beds, handy to airport (although Uber at the time was offering $50 fares so be careful). Free shuttle back to the airport.

Not worth the money, there are other hotels nearby offering the same services for way less and who pick up from other terminals not just A and B. They did not reply to my emails and Booking messages regarding the airport pick up. The breakfast was very basic. The driver did not help with the bags, you have to load them yourself. All other shuttles provided by 3 * hotels I have been on load bags for you.

I had no issues

I felt safe and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were really sweet, there’s a restaurant which is handy and also a little snack shop at reception. My room was so quiet too!

They charged around 15 dollars more for the breakfast. However, there needed to be more variety on the menu. Only omelets and fruits were served with bread. This was the only negative aspect during my stay.

The location was ideal. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was also very clean, and my stay was comfortable. The free wifi worked well, and the beds were also comfortable. There were amenities provided in the bathroom. They also provided me free shuttle to the airport after checkout.

Paying for extended parking through a third party vendor is unnecessary and kind of a pain. Could have easily paid for parking at check in.

Shuttle service was prompt and on schedule.
