The mattress and pillows could use an update

Location was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Restaurant food was good didn’t see much staff but a maid did come by twice to make sure we didn’t want our room cleaned

We did not like the breakfast. I tripped on the torn carpet in the restaurant. The scrambled eggs were runny on the buffet. The "waffles" were absolutely awful, they used shelf stable waffles and heated them through 🤮. The breakfast buffet was definitely not worth the money and I would never eat a meal there again.

I liked the beds and the location of the hotel.

The rooms could have been a little more clean, the air conditioner ducts were very dusty, but overall everything was good!

Never enough in-room coffee and there is no free coffee in the lobby. $34 per day to park.

$21.99 for breakfast buffet per person, no complimentary breakfast offered after paying over $400/night. Also no breakfast places to eat at close to the hotel unless you want Starbucks across the street. No complimentary coffee or tea downstairs, had to pay for everything, even for a cup of hot water so I could take my meds.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great view of the river from our window.

My bed was too soft. No safe in the room. No one came to change my towels. And no event in bathroom. For the price of the room I expect more.

The staff were hit or miss. Some are exceptionally helpful and friendly, others let you know that you're an annoyance. The rooms are stuffy. They're relatively clean but you can tell it's been a long time since they've renovated. The restaurant faces the Riverwalk but the atmosphere isn't really somewhere you want to hang out, so it's just really easy access. They first put us in a tiny room overlooking a parking garage roof. When we asked to move first they said they had no available rooms, thrn magically found one when my sister when down and discussed with another clerk. I think it was obvious that you get different service if you book through booking.com instead if direct. Next time I'll pay the extra few bucks and stay at the Marriott or similar. Breakfast was goid, waitstaff exceptionally nice

The walls were a little thin, I could hear what was going on in the room next to me but it wasn’t anything that kept me awake or made the stay bad. It was very busy during our stay so the elevator wait times were sometimes a little long.

The location was perfect, it was quiet enough to be able to relax and enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to all the fun that I was just a short walk to restaurants and bars. The hotel was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The river view was amazing, I will definitely stay again.

The toilet had mold around the inside. A band aid came from somewhere while i was in the shower. It was not used and we didnt have any with us. Two of the 3 coffee packets were opened and the creamer was missing. Would have liked the room to have usb ports

Didn't like the pool and non main areas, for instance the halls. The gym was cool but could also use some modern upgrades. Toilet had permanent gray stain streaks

Liked the staff, Restaurant/bar, and the location was just a few mins to the Riverboat tour. Appreciated the cleanliness and freshness of all main areas

I didn't like that we had to pay extra for parking. Over $30 a day. Breakfast was also not included, and very pricey. Overall it made it sound like a good deal for the room, until we arrived and had to pay the extras. The rooms were clean, but not my kinda clean. I will say though I'm very picky when it comes to a clean hotel room.

Staff was very exceptionally friendly! Location was great. Central to the Riverwalk which made getting around very easy. I also liked that we had access to the Riverwalk from the hotel. We also got clean towels everyday! This is a big one for me because most of the time you have to ask.

Excellent stay on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, very nice hotel, a little dated in the bathroom, but otherwise clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was excellent. Very friendly staff, they brought the extra pillows quickly when we requested them. We would stay here again.

The room's needs better cleaning. The bathroom was dirty, and the refrigerator was with some else old exp. milk. The breakfast buffet was ok but not for value.
