I had to switch rooms because the heat in the original room was blowing out cold air. In the second room I had similar issues, but was too tired from travel to report it. I ended up sleeping in a sweatshirt on top of my pajamas and was fine.

The location of the property is wonderful. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. The staff (especially the valet) was always pleasant and smiling.

Breakfast cost 15.95 each 👎 we stayed at holiday inn express on our trip to Memphis and was impressed with service & staff at each location the room was noisy due to running water either up or down all night no ice machine working 👎

Well, January 2024 wasn’t the best for Memphis. There were pipes busted all over and the lobby was so cold, we seen our breath on the elevator. It wasn’t the staff’s fault and we’re doing the best they could. We had a laugh when the water was shut of and our son was all soaped up in the shower, he was a trooper and washed off with bottled water. The only thing we disliked was that holiday inn didn’t build the hotel to handle below freezing temperatures.

The staff were very nice and valeted our vehicle well. Where it’s located is great, the restaurants are with walking distance and are many. The lobby is large and very eye appealing, with areas for visiting, eating or drinking.

Booked 2 rooms for our stay. Needed to cancel one room due to someone traveling with us from Wyoming was snowed in for 2 days at Rapid City SD. And no flights available to Memphis for 2 days ( it’s Christmas travel). The entire 4 days of my stay I worked with management on getting a refund of one room. Staff kept telling me I would be refunded 1 room thru Booking.com. Booking.com kept telling me the hotel had never contacted/responded to them thru a required email confirmation that they agree to the cancellation. After returning home I continued to be told they told booking.com they agree. Booking.com has no email response from hotel. Frustrating how something so simple has become a nightmare. The hotel has management issues and I would not stay again. It’s too bad because the hotel itself was great.

Great location to downtown bars, restaurants and music. Could walk to everything we needed.

The coffee in room was not good at all

Gorgeous room with full corner window views. Comfortable and very clean and modern. The valet gentlemen were brilliant, so polite, friendly and helpful

The building overall is a bit tired with a need of a refresh beyond the shared areas. The rooms do the job as a place to sleep but there was a lot either broken or neglected from other the years. It felt that the staff were performing despite the building, not because of it. The business centre for example was out of action for the time of the stay but alternatives were possible through the thinking of the staff.

Location of the hotel is great, close to a lot of the attractions and not too far from the airport. The staff are kind and professional through-out the location. The breakfast sets you up for the day and is an opportunity to try a few "southern" items. The rooms are functional and reasonable size.

The bar area was closed the two days that we were there.

The was fine but it had gnat's in the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of. the view was fine, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. The valet guy's was very nice.

I didn’t really like the fact that we didn’t have a choice for parking. It was either pay park at the hotel or park somewhere else. I would much rather be able to park my own car.

it was a nice area. great location not to far from Beale street. also had plenty of other restaurants surrounding the hotel all within walking distance

The facilities are not enough for two people. The bed is comfortable. And the room is spacious. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is well located and close to great bars and restaurants. Parking is covered and easily accessible - I found it a bit expensive.

Location was great to a lot of the downtown restaurants, and Beale St. Also near the baseball stadium and a short stroll to FedEx arena.
