Small beds and very uncomfortable pillows. The room with two beds is very tiny.

That’s when we arrived in the room. I pulled the covers back and found nasty tissue under our sheet. Called to let staff know first thing said was we have no more room. Second call didn’t get the sheets so you can change the sheets. I did not come to be on a mini vacation to change my own sheets and make my own bed on vacation. Not pleased by that as a Hilton member.

The close distance to the event we were attending. Sam he was very nice and went above and behind his job description. He came and brought us new clean sheets and made our bed.

The pillows were awful. Very uncomfortable due to losing shape. Not at all supportive. There was no mini fridge and the ice maker was out of order for my entire stay. I missed having a cold drink k available over night. The lighting. Even in the bathroom was insufficient and uneven.

The location to restaurants was helpful. The bathroom was the perfect size and had all the items required. Enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner brand. The TV was large, and the wi-fi worked as expected. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. The meal offered was standard and plentiful.

Found a roach walking by the wall in the middle of the night. Second floor full of guess making noise at 2 am. Complaint but I continue hear the noise

Requested housekeeping but had none, I was left on phone 30 mins then 2 girls knocked on door and had towels and serviced the room at 10 pm. They agreed to take 15% off my last night.

Convenient and set back off main road. Clean and plenty of parking. We did not eat at the hotel this time, but we did last stay and enjoyed the breakfasts.

My only issue was that I could not adjust the temperature in my room. This is important to me as I cannot sleep if I am hot

Room was nice but there was no refrigerator; but the only thing that affected our stay/rating was the AC. We were happy to see it was a central air wall unit (not window) but unfortunately it ran just like the noisy window units do. When on, the AC was VERY noisy and regardless of temp, on or off room was oddly humid and stuffy. Filter vent was not particularly clean either.

Location was excellent, great looking hotel with cool bar & restaurant downstairs, super friendly staff and amazingly good warm chocolate chip cookies at check in!

The air conditioner was extremely loud, and there was a second sound that the ac made that made it hard to sleep.

The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and nice. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

They arrange to housekeep every 4 nights. It is ok, but still weirdo especially if you need towels for the shower. Once we asked towels and they were nice to bring them to our room.

The hotel is close to the UCF campus, just a few minutes walk from the university entrance. Complimentary breakfast was ok and served by the bar in the hotel. Staff service is decent and the room and the bathroom are big enough for 2 people.
