Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaVery disappointed that the water slide was closed. We booked that hotel for one night specifically to take our granddaughters, who live in ABQ, overnight at a hotel with a water slide. We checked in at 3 pm, went to the pool. The kids anxiously awaited the arrival of the lifeguard at 4pm, as the sign in the pool area stated, to begin using the waterslide, but it never happened. We later found out the the slide is only open on Fri, Sat, Sun. Had it said that on the website, I would have booked for Friday instead of Thursday. So we were really upset about that at the time, as were another family there at the same ttime. But the rest of the stay was great, the kids had a lot of fun at the hotel, which was the point. We would stay there again with the kids on a weekend night if the slide is open.
The hotel was nice, clean, beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for us. Breakfast was good, it was an additional cost for adults, but reasonably priced, and kids eat free. Food was better than most free breakfasts.

United States of AmericaThere was no coffee in the lobby, ever, when we were passing through. The Hot Air Balloon Festival was the reason all the hotels were full, but still no coffee ever, but certainly no coffee at 3:30am when everyone was headed out to the Festival. And there was no breakfast, not even a continental breakfast with a muffin or banana we could have had on our way for the day.
The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were enough places to charge our phones. We liked that there was a refrigerator in the room.

United States of AmericaThe pool water slide had limited hours and was closed when we checked in, which was very disappointing. It was also very frustrating that “free breakfast” was listed in my booking, yet it only applied to the adults and not the children. Nowhere did I see this policy while booking, and it seemed like a ridiculous policy to me. The building next to the hotel also looked dodgy.
I liked that this hotel had a pool with a water slide. It was also nice to have breakfast and evening meal options. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaWe specifically stayed at this location for the slide in the pool. I called a week ahead of time and asked specifically if the slide will be open and they assured me it would be open that the slide had the same hours of the pool so I booked three rooms. Only to be told upon check-in it was not open. I would have never stayed there had the slide not been open for my kids.
Over all it was nice

United States of AmericaA bit misleading. I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide, so I was disappointed to find out the water slide was closed indefinitely due to no lifeguard. We still mostly enjoyed our evening swimming, but we woke up and went straight to the pool when they open at 9 and the swimming pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was lukewarm, at best.. and the jets wouldn’t turn on, not that it would’ve been relaxing considering the temperature. My reservation stated breakfast was included. I didn’t realize it’s a full service restaurant and we were given 2 meal tickets for 4 people.
It’s a beautiful, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly.

United States of Americathe pool was indoors but not warm and the slide was closed because there was no lifeguard. one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool since my daughter loves to swim and it helps us keep her occupied during down time.
staff was super friendly. the food was really good. we couldn’t believe it! the nachos and Caesar salad at the bar we highly recommend. breakfast was also delicious - I had the breakfast burrito. super close to two of the balloon fiesta shuttle pick ups and easy to get to other spots around town. there was no noise from the highway or from other guests which was a huge plus since a lot of hotels can be super noisy.
