Nachos by the pool were janky

Location was central to everything. The staff was so helpful and informative. The best part for my 15 year old son and myself was the inclusion of the water slide park and lazy river located ON PROPERTY! Holiday Inn gives you passes for same. It’s truly a great little gem in IRB.

Bathtub had hair in it. One of the lamps was broken. I fixed it. Was woken in the wee hours of the morning by service vehicles and a large bus. We just didn’t feel that the room was worth what we paid.

Everything felt tired and clammy. Overdue for a major redo. Sparsely furnished with little character. Just one bathroom. Stairs to main bedroom.

Rooms are large and reflect the fact that the property was designed to be a condo rather than a hotel. Pretty views of the inter coastal. Giant TV full kitchen

Some type of transportation to the beach

Breakfast and all meals were very good. The staff was very nice, just needs a makeover / clean up of the resort

The room was not cleaned every day. We had to ask for towels and clean sheets. After being at the beach every day there was sand everywhere and it would have been nice to have a clean bed and floors.

The room was actually better in person than in pictures. Proximity to restaurants, beach, and water park were great! It was nice having a kitchen to make some meals. Hotel pool was good too!

The breakfast was laid out on a table with napkins covering the food, which seemed not ideal... you are given a ticket for breakfast which was included in the price, however, the focus seemed to be on securing a tip rather than providing a quality service. The initial room was on the ground floor facing the putting course and was awful, I paid to be upgraded to a sea view.. the room had a strong smell and the furniture needed a good clean. Not the standard I would expect from a Holiday Inn.

Set on the inland waterway off the Clearwater coast, the apartments were set in a wood-framed traditional building complex. The building consists of two banks with rooms facing the car park, internally overlooking a putting course and one overlooking the waterway. The balcony was not private but formed part of the walkway which could be busy depending on what level you were on. Beach was a short walk and was the best aspect of the fasilities

They charge for everything. They make it look like the water park and putt putt are a part of your stay. Parking isn't even included and there's plenty of parking.

It's in close location to both St Pete beach and Clearwater. There is an okay amount to do at the hotel. The beach access is in walking distance. There's a live band every night.

The staff on the tour desk were not very helpful - providing more information on what was available and generally improving their attitude would be good.

Room was amazing. Good size - no need to go out, well suited for a family of 4 with an amazing view. Staff friendly in the restaurant and food very good.

I didn't like that i booked a 2 queen room and got 1 bed instead which had to accommodate half the kids on the floor. Honestly, for the price we paid they should put multiple beds in the rooms anyway as there is plenty of room. I also think that they should put 2 pull out couches in the rooms for guest to request as they also can fit in the spacious rooms. Inside the pull out should be duvets or extra blankets in the closets for guests to use as well, good thing we brought our own extra ones so the kids could sleep on. If they won't consider the extra accommodations they should really include the water park and mini golf with the sta. There's only 1 pool on site and it's not big enough to fit more than 8 people swimming around. So it really doesn't make sense to charge extra for the water park as not everyone staying there can swim at the same time. Also there is only 1 elevator on Site which sucks because it was broken and we had to make 3 and 4 trips up and down the steps (3 floors) to check out. We truly did have fun tho, spending time with family is the important part of vacation.

I loved the location, we got a room with a view of the marina. Truly beautiful place, got to see dolphins right from our balcony, boats, yachts and jet skis passing by while the bridge opened for passage. The room was extremely spacious, big shower with a jacuzzi upstairs with an overhang to watch from above. Downstairs had a nice kitchen with everything you could need for a weekend stay, lots of closet space, very large livingroom with pull out couch. Mini golf course inside the building, great for weather changes, delicious restaurant under the same roof, with live entertainment side by side, a good size water park for the kids to enjoy, pool and hot tub, laundry facility on site. Best of all, the beach was a small 3 minute walk from where we stayed. The walk is amazing as there are lots of shops of course right before getting to the beach, there's even a historical museum between the 2 locations. It was honestly an amazing stay, definitely looking forward to staying again. Soon!!!

Had to change rooms due to being to hot, next room was better but still hot. When looking for hotel this one appeared to have a lazy river but upon arrival was told that’s at the hotel next door and is extra if you want to use it!
