I think the hotel is overpriced, and I got charged 187$ without explanation.

We were disappointed that there is no whirlpool/hot tub in the pool area anymore, and the pool temperature was chilly. The biggest issue was the bathroom was no longer available directly from the pool deck, but was down the hall and locked. Not ideal with a wet child shivering in a swimsuit needing to use the bathroom.

We stay here with our family often and have always had a pleasant stay.

This being a more modern hotel some things have been skimped on plug sockets .. few and fair between . The soundproofing from the rooms is poor both from sides and floors above, could hear people in the rom above walking around opening fridge etc all hours. There is also a train exchange nearby, so common to hear train horns around 4:30 to 5 am in my week long stay. Cleaning of the rooms , when I checked in I noticed a spent coffee cartridge down the back of the TV unit . Cups and glasses in the room weren'tparticularly clean ... also often left the room early and kept unoccupied until after mid day and cleaning hadent started in the rooms , unfortunately I needed to be in the room for meeting in afternoon and this would be when cleaning lady's would appeare. There was no microwave in the rooms, there is one for all guests in the lobby next to the breakfast area.

Nice bright modern hotel for fairbanks , good sized room and the larger TV 55" (If I am not mistaken) befinetly a bonus to those who wanna connect up and use larger screen from laptop or if you have kids who want to use consoles. Bathrooms supplied with reasonable quality toiletries and was clean. Breakfast was limited but good quality, and the laundry facilities were clean. Staff were all pleasant and happy to help. Shuttle service wasn't available when I arrived at the airport, but staff were happy to send a taxi at their expense to pick me up instead. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and fridge was available for use just wash them yourself or bring own. Wal mart , old navy , sports good and various food chains near by as well.

We received a room on the ground floor stating that our room was not ready. We checked in at 5 pm by which our room should have been ready. We were given a WC accessible room and the bathroom was very poorly maintained. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Way below Holiday Inn Express and Marriot. Water pressure was low. Prefer walk in shower over tub.

i think they could use an all day water station along with the hot water they had. staff consistency when we arrived the shuttle wasn’t warmed up so I needed to cal a taxi company to pick us up. when we left same thing but the concierge called the taxi for us.

everything was great ! most if the staff was really helpful. close to the bus station to use public transportation and to wal mart etc.

No room service and the bar was often unattended and receptionists had to juggle between the front desk and making coffee. It was uncomfortable to ask for coffee and remove them from the front desk. Marie was always helpful though :)

Staff was overwhelmed, kitchen was closed and many guests were ordering in takeout. Overall it was a decent stay. Marie particularly caught my attention, she was professional, helpful and pleasant to interact with. She needs to be recognized :)

The rooms heat control didn’t work, the tv was fuzzy and not clear, breakfast was cold and did not taste good, the toilet paper roll holder was loose, mattress was uncomfortable and hurt my back extremely bad I’ve had better night sleeps at motel 6s, room had a musty smell, pillows sucked even though had hangers closet thing didn’t close because hangers to large, shower head was extremely dirty and clogged who knows last time it was cleaned.

I liked that I was on the 4th floor and was away from the elevator. The ice machine actually worked and room had a small fridge in it. The other plus was few hangers to hang my jackets up
