Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hot water wouldn’t stay hot long enough to fill up the tub but they gave us a better room and it had hot water long enuff to fill the tub

The cafe in the morning tried to serve clam chowder instead of gravy on the biscuits and when I pointed it out they tried to convince me I was wrong until I had both cooks out and pulled a piece of chewy clam out of it this wouldn’t be all that bad but my wife is allergic to seafood and they assured me it was gravy the second time and it was the same clam chowder mixed with a lil bit of gravy and then I was really upset at that point but they refunded my money

Breakfast was priced differently to what I’d seen on booking.com. I’m not sure if it was an error on the site or just wasn’t explained at check in how it worked. The laundry room on my floor smelt pretty awful, I decided against washing my clothes there.
Nice rooms and decent enough gym. Indoor pool area looked really nice. Just right next to the highway so easy in and out.

The toilet paper, and no complimentary breakfast.
I always enjoy the inside pool and spa, the beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, most staff members are helpful and nice. They all air me to check in early.

No coffee except one small package in the room. The room was not a good value will not stay there again
I have never been to a hotel where there was no coffee to be had except the small tasteless pack package in the room. I had to pay 3.00 extra for one cup of coffee. Would not stay there again

The room was comfortable and large enough to bring our bikes in overnight. We really like that there were two dining options on-site, so we didn't have to leave the hotel to find food. We ate dinner at the California Cafe. The hamburger was very tasty and the combo fries and onion rings were yummy.

Toilet paper could be better quality, could offer continental breakfast, ran out of bananas we couldn’t get our traditional banana split. I make request when I book online and they are never addressed. It would be nice to have my request addressed. Monitor pool area a little more for kids running and jumping into pool with other guests present.
The property is always comfortable, located by a park and freeway. Most of the staff is nice and helpful.

The windows let in a lot of cold air. So much so that we didn’t want to sit close to the window.

The evening front desk clerk could learn a little more about the restaurants. I called the front desk and asked if there was a menu for the restaurants since they don't have room service. She said she would make me a copy to take to my room. When i went down to the front desk to pick up the menus, i specifically asked if there was a kids menu. I was told no. So I went back to the room and ordered from Mahogany's because the other menu from the other restaurant was breakfast only. After I picked up our dinners from Mahoganys, I was walking by the other restaurant and thought I would stop and ask about a child's menu. The gentleman on shift told me "yes we do," and handed me a child's menu. What??? I just spent almost $40.00 on two kids' dinners when I could have gotten them 2 kids dinners for $16.00 and I know they would of enjoyed them alot more than the fancy dinners that they barely ate because they didn't like them. So when we checked out the next morning, I made sure to take the kids' menu and give it to the front desk clerk so they would have it for other guests.
Very nice hotel. Love the indoor pool. Well, I should say the kiddos loved the indoor pool, lol. I did enjoy the indoor jacuzzi! The staff was very friendly. Rooms are very nice and large. Loved that my furbaby (dog) could join us.

One of our towels had not been replaced, it had brown grainy stuff on it. There was a whole hand print on the mirror. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The heater rattled and was so loud.
The place appeared to be clean. The staff was friendly. It was quiet within the halls.

We were there for sequoia National Park visit, because of the off season there were no open hotel arround national park, so Wyndham was cheap and close one..

It had a indoor pool and spa that looked very inviting but it turned out the spa was lukewarm and the jets were malfunctioning.
On-site restaurant was convenient since the location is not near anything walkable.

Restaurant doesnt work well- worst hamburgers I have ever had- very dry, meet not tasty. I have been not informed that I will pay for each component of the hamburger mentioned in menu. I said "no fries"- I got fries...
Big hotel with good standards. Nice pool and warm jacuzzi. Very nice room, clean, quiet- cats on the roof (4th flor).
