The restaurant had limited breakfast options for vegetarians and the breakfast is sit down menu rather than continental breakfast or self-serve buffet.

The location is wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

Thinnest/least soundproofed walls I've experienced in years. Breakfast is neither free/cheap nor particularly good even by hotel buffet standards.

The fact that the we did not have a king bed option for our stay. I was told there was an option for a king bed, but since I booked with a third-party, they could not change the reservation. Not exactly sure why are using a third-party for reservations if you cannot alter them when you check in. Not sure who’s fault that is the hotel, allowing that, or the third party booking system.

The only bad thing that happened was on July 13. We had to false fire alarms go off at 7 AM in the morning. Wasn’t a really good way to wake up.

The property listing indicated breakfast but breakfast was not included with the room price. Also, an additional $15 per day was charged which was not included in the room price and the staff could not explain the reason for the $15 daily charge. I messaged the property about the fee and asked for an explanation and requested a refund but did not receive any response. The property charged my credit card for $15 per day a total of $60 for four days without any explanation or any information on the property listing.

The door from our room in our suite to the main living area was loud & squeaky, even after maintenance looked at it, and we requested extra towels and were told they were short on towels. They ran out of pool towels twice. Also, the valance over our bedroom window looked like it hadn't been dusted in a year.

The game room area for the kids was superb! Every hotel should have one! Breakfast was our 2nd favorite. The buffet gave lots of options! Last, the small town was great --- everything, from restaurants to the grocery store, were all within walking distance.

The icy front door area. The breakfast buffet wasn't very exciting and the offerings off the menu weren't much better.

Love the location.Right next door to the snowmobile tour company and right down the street from the park entrance. The game room with free pinball, fooseball,pacman,and a pool table was a nice surprise.Theres even an x- box and big screen for gaming.The Branch restaurant/ bar was a great place to watch the superbowl.The rooms were large and comfortable.The only thing that was a minus was the lack of snow removal which meant the entrance to the lobby was an icy- slippery zone. We will be back.

We were expecting the breakfast to be included in the price. The hotel gives you a 10% discount on the $18 breakfast buffet. That's not much.

The location of the Hotel was perfect and close to the West entrance of Yellowstone Park. It was wonderful to have a good size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room had plenty of drawer space and although the bathroom was small, a large double sink was just outside the bathroom door with a lot of counter space. The sitting area was spacious and gave us plenty of room to have our friends join us. It was great to have hot water/tea/coffee in the lobby area that was always stocked with choices.

My widow in our room was cracked on the outside and had a leak due to the horrible storm. It leaked all over our air conditioner and created a huge bubble. They advised us that they would fix/replace the window when we checked out. The window seal was disgustingly dirty.

I liked that the staff was so nice. I was very appreciative that we were able to do our laundry for free. I also love the beverage bar in the lobby.
