We were not told that the resort was under construction. So we sat on beach listening to the sounds of construction going on. I would like to have had a real experience. Live music .more of a night life. Entertainment . Asked for. Water view which cost us extra. We booked thru a third party and we’re initially given a room with a parking lot view. Really?

Food was taste. Staff was great. Loved the shuttle service

Priced higher than the value of the rooms/ accomodations Everything on premise was WAY inflated.. price for drinks, or on premise food options.

We had a beautiful king room on the first floor with a patio overlooking the beach. The swimming beach was very nice. We enjoyed the pool as well. The beachbar/restaurant on site was very close and fun to hang out. The bathroom was also very nice. We also stayed at the Isla Bella which WE LOVED but Postcard actually has a much better swimming beach. The sand at Isla Bella was like goey icky quicksand in the water. Their beach is a man made cove. It is beautiful beach and property but we did not enjoy the ocean there. So if you want to swim in the water I would go here. Or stop over at both! They both have a lot to offer.

There was bike rental but the condition of the bikes was terrible, we couldn't use them. The room was somewhat dark.

Nice beach, good parking, big room and outdoor equipment available. The location was also good.

It is like a mini all in one place- I dont have to leave the resort - they have everything there - breakfast/lunch/dinner- bars- 2 beaches, activities

The place is about to close down for renovation therefore there was only the Tiki Bar open for food - and the Starbucks. There was construction fences just behind the beach, in front of the beach facing building. This means that the path was not accessible all the way to the Tiki Bar and that we had to walk on the beach to get there. That was not a big issue for me, but definitely made it harder for my elderly in-laws. I wrote a couple of days before explaining that my mother in-law had mobility issued and asked if there was an elevator or if she could be placed on the ground floor. I never received a reply and our rooms ended up being on the second floor with no elevator. Thankfully they were able to switch her room to a ground floor one. I would have appreciated a reply to my message but it looks like it was never read. If I had known most of the on-site restaurants were closed, and that there was construction fences by the beach, I would have likely chosen a different place to stay. The rooms were expensive for a resort that was not fully functioning. I am sure it will be lovely when it is all done but I felt somewhat cheated as I did pay over $300 a night for my room.

The room was large and very comfortable. The beach was lovely and there are many areas to sit in the shade of a coconut tree. I enjoyed having a Starbucks right on the property.

We stayed on the second floor and had to carry all of our luggage up flights of stairs because they didn't have elevators. It was just an inconvenience but wasn't terrible. Everything else was fantastic

I loved the location! It was beachfront and staff was so helpful. It was awesome that they had so many activities and options included in the resort. Bikes,paddle boards etc. We loved the pool and swim up bar. We had an amazing time.

Some of the furniture in our room was showing signs of wear and was in need of repair or replacement. Also the outside bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit better.
