Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaWas surprised that parking and breakfast were extra given the higher room rates. Our windows opened to the atrium and the bar area there was loud at night.
Room was nice and the facility was quite posh. Staff were polite and helpful. Good location.

United States of AmericaThere has been a significant change concerning the parking. The hotel has outsourced the parking to a management company called PMC. Tonya Baker is the Guest service Manager who can only be reached by phone. Don’t expect a response when you call. We have been staying at this hotel for the last 5years and now they change the rules. There is now a $10.00 parking fee charged daily. When we checked into the hotel, The lady at the reception desk did not mention anything about the new rule. We parked our car as usual in their huge almost empty parking lot and checked in for the night. On the second day of our stay we received a notice on our car that said we had to register our car in their parking system. After checking with the front desk we were told that they did not handle parking and we needed to check with PMC . When I asked why this change was not explained to us when we arrived she simply shrugged her shoulders and said they no longer deal with the parking. The policy change happened in Dec. 2024 I had to pay $10.00 plus a $5.00 fee for not registering the day we arrived. Total with tax $ 16.54. Then the prompts asked how many more nights we were staying and then had to pay ahead for the remainder of the trip, $10.00 /day plus Tax.
The property is clean and the staff are friendly. This year coffee was provided in the lobby for guests each morning.

United States of AmericaDidn't like the charges for parking (that's new since HI days). Downstairs bar was somewhat limited. Bar couches were quite uncomfortable.
Breakfast was good. Staff were great! especially front desk. Rooms and shower were great. It's a very good location and hotel for an overnight stay, but it would be difficult to have a family group or business group there, but it probably wasn't designed for that.

United States of AmericaThere were no perks such as free parking or even free coffee in the lobby. Parking was about $10 a day and the parking lot was virtually empty. I found this to be rather annoying since I travel a lot on business and stay in hotels that have free parking And are less expensive than the Doubletree. Since I’m paying more for the room, I expected there to be some kind of perk and found this to be a little cheap on the hotels part.
The property was clean and relatively new. The facilities were nice.

United States of AmericaIt should be understood that this hotel is at a big busy intersection and rooms facing traffic are noisy all day and night. Since it became Hilton, prices went up significantly.
This is convenient location for us, just depends on where you need to be. It has been updated since Hilton took over.

United States of AmericaThe shower did not drain well so water was pooling, kinda gross. Also, there was no restaurant and the bar was barely open. It was also odd that there was no water or water glasses in the room.
It was clean and the people were nice.

Location was good. Prices on breakfast was way too high. Most places have a free breakfast they did not. $3.00 for a cup of coffee was easy to much.

United States of Americamattress was uncomfortable, the decor looks like it hasn’t been updated in years, the side tables were scratched up, dust on furniture, the bathroom lacked proper lighting and made me feel like was in a place that wasn’t a hotel…more like someone’s house. it was just sad.

United States of AmericaThe WiFi disconnected all the time. It did not reconnect automatically. The coffee maker in the lobby was out of order. A Microwave has always been available upon request but this time the receptionist at the front desk said it was no longer an option. We stayed for 5 nights. We were not offered their signature cookies when we checked in this time. There was a small coffee maker in the room that we chose not to use.
The Hotel has a very convenient location for us when we visit Austin. There is always adequate parking. The rooms are super clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provided an in room safe for belongings. There were plenty of outlets for our electronic devices. We will certainly stay here again when we visit relatives.

United States of AmericaNo hot tub. Broken coffee maker. No microwave. No trashcan in the bathroom or vanity area. Several very long black hairs in the bathroom. The Night stand between the beds. Have rounded edges on it, so when you think you’re setting your something on the nightstand it falls off the edge bad design. The bed night/reading light had very bright lights.one light would light up the whole room.. The thermostat in the room was smarter than I was. My first night it would not go up, would not go down. And even when I put the fan on,it would not come on manually. $22 for a double crown and water I found to be excessive. The breakfast buffet for $18 had I’ve been power eating could’ve been a value but with a small amount of food that I ate it was not a value. Overall I would not stay at that location again.
