Bathrooms needed a little touchup but regardless still nice place to stay pools were to cold to swim

$19 additional parking fee!! Check in 2 blocks further down the road If you book short notice with booking.com you have to wait 30-45 minutes before it’s in their system (at least that is what they said) Can be noisy (next to very busy road)

With $65 reasonably priced although you also need to pay $19 parking fee

Your check in procedures could be better. Very small area when you have 30 people all trying to check in at the same time. But the front desk people handled it very well.

the check in process is crazy with all their properties checking in at one place. breakfast is crazy too with everyone going to one location. has a kitchen but you need to bring your own stuff!!

The properties are dated, but clean. There is only one office, which is not advertised to be a few blocks away - we arrived at 10:45 pm and had to ask people that were walking by

We had a studio King room, just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The properties are located close together, so there was some noise from people gathering outside in the courtyards. Breakfast was all cold items, but free which was a bonus. Staff was pleasant and office was open 24 hours. The office also had common items for sale and a small convenience store inside.

The abnormally large A/C hoses that were coming through the windows was an unpleasant site and didn't make the unit feel secure or private.

The room was larger than expected! Bed inside the bedroom was a comfortably huge King size bed.

got in super late, like midnight, there was a line at the front desk, which wasn't where the address is for the hotel I booked. They have many properties in a few blocks, but it's not really clear by what you book on the website exactly where to go. They have a store in the lobby by the front desk, people kept coming in drunk/high to buy things which slowed down check in since they only had one employee working. A lot of people where hanging out, felt a little questionable, even at our building they were sitting on the steps smoking weed when we finally got into our room, had to stand in line behind 4 other people, one already had a room she just wanted to extend her stay... and did it at 12:30 am

It was beach front, and quieter than I expected.
