Conveniently located to mall, restaurants, and Disney. The area didn’t seem overcrowded and was very pleasant to stay in. Great value especially for a family of 6.

We checked in way past the usual check-in time due to a delayed flight, and the room was not very clean upon our arrival. There was still some garbage in the bin under the kitchen sink and there was hair on the counters and dust etc on the floors. The staff at the reception desk seemed annoyed when we complained and requested that the room be cleaned again, especially as our young child was with us. The room was cleaned the next day and was much better than when we first checked in.

The breakfast was really good with some options for grab and go e.g. turkey sausage and cheese with English muffins. There could have been some more fruits included, only saw bananas and oranges some days. The location was fantastic, very close to the parks as well as multiple shopping options. The free parking is a definite bonus as we rented a vehicle for our stay. The kitchenette is really handy for storing and washing fruits and drinks, as well as preparing simple meals.

Bed sheets were ichy!! TV was not working so we had to figure out what was the issue. Someone had taken out the cable which we would expect the TV to work.

I wish the "kitchen" and "living room" areas were separated from the beds.

I enjoyed how comfortable the size of the room was and how close it was to the parks and mall.

More fruit options with the breakfast. Better pancake syrup. More parking spaces. Late at night there's limited parking.

Generally it's a nice place. Convenient location. We've stayed there several times. I like the kitchen in the room.

The room was not as clean as it should have been, trash from previous guest was left in the room, dirt in the corners, towels and sheets extremely dingy don’t let the Hilton name fool you, the hallway is dirty and smells, the room though convenient needs updating.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the breakfast is good for the price and timing is good, free come and go parking which is amazing, the lobby is clean, there is a gym and laundry. Staff seemed kind. The suites are a really good set up with the kitchenette including dishes.

I wished they had more prepackaged breakfast items for on the go. I was there during the weekend so that might have been the reason. Everything else with my stay was good.

The property is close to everything such as shopping, food and entertainment.

Hotel well situated, at walking distance to a mall where different options of shopping and food were available. the breakfast is good for the hotel category. 15 min by car to the Disney spring downtown and few parks.

We have small kids and one of which probably pressed the emergency call late at night. No one responded to that until 7am the next morning and it was and extremely loud bang on the door when we were asleep.

The staff were friendly and I liked receiving the.responsive texts throughout the stay.
