There isn't anything that we don't like. When we got there Saturday evening, they were having internet issues and their systems were down, even then they were super accommodating and very apologetic. The girl that was working the front desk should get a raise! She had a lot going on but she helped everyone with getting to their rooms and was eager to answer any questions. All staff is very friendly. The lady that makes the breakfast is amazing. Thank all of you for a great stay.

We stay here 8 to 12 times a year it's the only place we will stay in this area. Every stay is wonderful. I like how nothing changes, we can expect the same thing each time we go. We will continue to keep coming here. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable.

There is nothing that I don't like.

I love the fact that this place is always consistent with the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the facilities and the amazing staff. This is the only time that have stayed that I had an issue and they took care of it right away. The pool is always clean.chrckout is later than any place I've ever stayed. I recommend staying here.

We had to ask for the extra pillows and blankets for the pull out as the one there on arrival had been put away after being used and had hair on them. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. There were dishes in the dishwasher and we weren’t sure if it had been run so had to run it again.

The building was well located, the staff were kind and helpful, the pool was great, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was well appointed, the channels were nice, the other guests were spaced out so it stayed quiet.

Home2 had everything we needed for a family overnight. Plenty of space in the room for all our gear. Convenient, safe location with easy on/off from the interstate. Lots of food and shopping options within minutes (some within walking distance just across the street)

Because this property is located in such a convenient location, the traffic is unavoidable.

Convenient location to stores & restaurants. Beautiful lobby and very welcoming & accommodating staff. Much thought was put into the design and layout of the room, as it had most everything available that a traveler could need ~ including kitchen area. Rooms were very clean and the persons who performed the cleaning were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided each morning was excellent, as well as the person(s) who managed the kitchen. Loved the variety of foods offered, especially because healthy, low-fat, vegan options were available (plenty of sweets, eggs, waffles, etc. for others). We especially loved the fresh berries, hot oatmeal and the array of toppings. It was so nice to feel good after eating breakfast! The outside seating for guests was outstanding and very appreciated.

Key card lights were a bit confusing. Breakfast was a bit lackluster, compared to the breakfast at home2’s prior to the pandemic. Not sure when they changed, but it was something I raced about to friends, previously. Was still ok, but not what I expected.

Great location, great room-included anything that could be needed. Only one complaint I had about the room, but I brought it up to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. I was very pleased with the customer service.

Bathroom in the Queen Suite was pretty tiny, especially when trying to bathe and dry young children. Blanket for sofa bed was too small and not warm.

Great location for easy access to major roads. Nice variety of foods for breakfast. Many restaurants nearby for dining.
