How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I loved everything about the hotel
Clean, excellent service check in and check out, pleasant workers from servers at breakfast to housekeeping our housekeeping was wonderful and really went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The outdoor fireplace was on in the snow from first thing in the morning. Hotels need to rethink this kind of thing with the state of our environment. Propane emissions affect global warming.
The location was great. Not too far off our route and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast included which was perfect, except the coffee could have been stronger. Staff were polite and efficient. Having a kitchen was great for our needs. It could have had a few more usable pots.

It's sometimes not cheap enough for me to stay here, and that makes me sad. But this time was seemingly, more reasonable.
I love this place!!! From the staff, the bathroom, bed, tv, dining area, breakfast, to the pool!!! This place has it all, I love it here.

The jacuzzi tub need’s finished,either the final coat of gunite (pool finish) or something,the concrete inside will tear up your suit ,or scrape you,mybe a bleeding hazard it’s so rough.

The pool was a little dirty looks as the rhe filter system was not working the way it should be, hot tub jets not working water was very dirty, probably doesn't help when people allow babies in diapers in there! Also the chlorine was very strong I'm hot tub we couldn't stay in long as it was burning our eyes and skin

Monday morning of The Canadian Thanksgiving. The breakfast buffet closed at 9am . Left most of us scrambling to collect the leftover of the breakfast. We were visiting for Thanksgiving and Monday was our long weekend. The floor manager was helping to close the buffet and did not consider extending the service hours to accommodate the stranded guests.
Friendly staff. Josephine was working afternoon shifts and checked us in. She was helpful in giving ys plates and glass as we ate our dinner in the lounge area. She also came to check in on us tonsee if we needed anything !

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful.
We requested a slightly early check-in because we were traveling for a medical visit. The staff graciously went out of their way to get us in early. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from desk staff to house keeping and morning kitchen staff. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable AND offered a beautiful view.

Everything was very nice but the cost of this hotel was extremely high for what I feel it was worth. I’ve stayed in much nicer for a lot less.
Breakfast was very good. Common area was beautiful. Loved the outdoor patio with the fire table.

Beautiful hotel, nice fire-pit and indoor pool. It's in a great location surrounded by restaurants, close to Walmart and Costco, and only 30 minutes from Glacier NP
