First room smelled of smoke but staff quickly relocated us. Asked for hairdryer- took 40 min to get one. Asked for toilet paper- never arrived before we checked out. Ended up using facility in lobby

Room cards wouldn’t work on elevators. Computers weren’t working in business center all week. Met person with growling pit bull in elevator which was scary. Didn’t realize pets were allowed. Coffee was not hot in dining room or front lobby.

Good location and parking was close. Rooms were quiet.

The morning of checkout the hotel decided to test their fire alarm system at 10am. I called the front desk asking if I could get a late checkout and the person I spoke to said “there’s a fire in the building, everyone is downstairs”. Instead of saying “no or we’re not offering late checkout” they basically said the message stating “this is a test” was false. Checkout is at 11am so I wonder if the “test” was a way of making everyone get up and checkout on time.

The location of this hotel is great. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

the hotel didn’t give me back my deposit money, the hold 50$ for each room (2rooms =100$). so they gave me back only part of it even though I stayed only one night and we left our rooms clean, organized and we returned the doors key to the front desk. I need the whole deposit back

dated, notable signs of age in public areas like sunken and stained sitting furniture and in the room. needed more detailed cleaning. found toenail clippings on the floor in the room. a little understaffing issue, but they were doing their best.

The hotel has seen better days, but still remains functional. The selection of pastries for breakfast varied by day, sometimes a wide range, sometimes little choice. Sometimes the room was too cold, had to wear a cardigan. Internet connection was good, including for videoconferencing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my queries. Once even booked an Uber for me when no taxis were available. The bed was very comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft. The shower was perfect, with high water pressure. The desk was big enough for teleworking. The hotel is situated in a very safe area, very close to the harbor, conveniently located for walks. Also, there are restaurants nearby. breakfast coffee was good.

I had to request items like more towels, garbage bags and dish washing liquid. But the staff responded fairly quickly. Not much explanation about the facilities when I checked in, was just handed a piece of paper and room key. We figured out the rest ourselves.

it needs to be remodeled. we had plates to wash but there was no detergent in the kitchenette. Also the keys didn’t work the elevator so we had to get replacement keys more than once.

Wi-Fi is horrible even with the code for premium and I couldn't login in Hilton Honors. One elevator works upon its own wim. I did not get room service and when I complained the counter boy just said they were understaffed. The manager solved the issue.

Top position. 8th floor is ok to sleep. Personnel at breakfast was kind and helpful. When I had a problem, management intervened to solve it.
