I didn't like the weekend atmosphere because there was a lot of people partying after 10pm and you can smell the smoke in the hallways. It wasn't pleasant for families present. I also had to go downstairs to get something and there was a lot of people just hanging out in the lobby area not waiting for cars. They were just staying out of the cold. It wasn't a comfortable atmosphere. I can see why there was security at night.

I liked the location because it was very central. I also liked how there was apperitivos for late afternoon snack. I liked the valet service and how you can text ahead of time.

The hotel sink was clogged and the tables could have been better. It wasn’t clean we had to clean the kitchen and bathroom. The table had stains.

The elevator was broken for 2 days, the long.wait for.the elevator, and it sounds like its.going to break down with us in it.

Convenient location, friendly staff specially the.breakfast crew and morning valet. The rooms were comfortable and with the view of the chicago skyline (17th floor) Breakfast is good, but maybe change.the eggs to the option of plain or with cheese

Streets of Chicago are noisy during the night (emergency sirens and etc.) so don't expect silence while sleeping. Sofa-bed was a bit worn down. Breakfast was included in the price, but it lacks variety and taste (except apples and yogurts). Lobby is located in the 6th floor so waiting for elevator at the entrance sometimes can be longer than expected.

Great location! Not far away from shopping, dining and generally walking around. Check-in was quick, staff was friendly. Room is big - you get separate living room and bedroom. And kitchen!

We ended up parking our car in a lot close by use spot hero. Saved us money and I liked that we had access to it without having to use a valet . The elevator wait was really my only complaint but they can’t help they were trying to get the second one fixed and when they could took us up the service elevator.

Great location . Close to everything and the L. Super friendly staff. Rooms were updated and spacious . Pool was for the kids. Not very big but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was also good.

The king bed was okay - fairly comfortable. The hideaway mattress in the living area was awful. My daughter had to sleep on the couch instead.

Fantastic location. Continental breakfast was varied and tasty, and the hours worked well. We liked the pool and the pool hours were awesome! Friendly, attentive staff.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to River Walk, Magnificent Mile, or 360 Chicago. The bed was really comfortable, and the view from our 16th floor was nice.

Personally, I think bath tubs are gross in hotels. They seemed clean but not for me, a walk-in shower is preferred. The room furniture is a little uncomfortable but I didn't spend much time there. TV streaming options would have been nice for our little one at night and in the morning, cable is outdated. Mainly, just need some updates and replacements but overall it was ok and manageable.

The location was central to the outings we planned. Checking our luggage before we could check in and after we checked out was extremely helpful. The staff was great! The breakfast was great for a free hotel breakfast! My son loved the pool.
