The nice size of the room, the kitchen, loved it and well supplied. the rooms and beds were great well supplied with blankets and extra pillows! Loved going to adventures and returning to the room to relax and eat again! Loved being on the first floor, easy access for older people.

The breakfast was awful!!! There was hardly anything out when I went down to eat and I was like at 8:00 so not late to eat. They were out of a lot of things no syrup for waffles and no condiments for the oatmeal . I was very disappointed with it I have stayed at other Homewood Suites and always had good experiences with the hotel.

The room was awesome , it was enough room for my family and location was great . The pool was nice indoors because it was cold outside.

Breakfast. Omelettes were cold and chewy. Tots or hash browns very bad. Only one waffle maker between twenty two people at the time. So alot only had bread instead of waiting.

Friendly and professional staff. Room comfortable and clean. Outdoor area was nice.

Housekeeping was sent after every 4 days even though they could be called in every other day (which we did) but they still didn’t turn up, this was inconvenient especially with a child the place required cleaning .

Male Receptionist with braids harassed me every time I came through lobby area. Telling me I need to smile at him while I was with my husband I found that very disrespectful. We had to wait two hours after arrival for a room

The room was dated. The fridge had staining. The shower was a small tub shower. It could use some updating. I also asked for maid service on my third day and it never came.

Location was great. The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff was very friendly. Lots of parking. Kitchen was stocked with dish soap, paper towel, cutlery, etc.

The beds and bedding were not comfortable. Facilities were in need of some upkeep. Breakfast was a mishmash and not very good. Probably wouldn't stay again.

We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was nice for a family of 4. The location was good.

The charge for laundry. I had just stayed at another suite hotel that had laundry facilities that did not charge for use of machines.

Loaction excellent for my purposes. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

What let you down was the breakfast. There was never anyone around to fill up things. The hot water was tepid. I could put my finger in it without any trouble. When ever I had a problem (refilling, cold water) I had to go to the front desk. After the first day I took a plate of food with me up to my room. Heated it all up in the microwave & boiled water on the stove to have a decent cup of tea. But it was included which was a big bonus to my trip.

The staff at the front desk, Sal & Louise were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The person who checked us in looked at us like why are we here. Didn't feel welcomed.

We got lost coming to your facility and it would have been very helpful if your front desk person could have been more helpful and knowledgeable about directing us. We have heard that Grapevine is a confusing area to get around in; we would recommend that your people working the front desk and taking calls can give people a general helping hand. Your person at the desk the evening we arrived was of no help……..told us she did n’t know anything about helping us!

The breakfast was decent but needed more. There's only one waffle maker that didn't really work properly. Even with the spray it stuck and needed more cool time than the timer allowed. The pancakes & the kolaches were hard. Most prepackaged things were good but the photos online made it seem there was more variety in fresh food.

We enjoyed the spacious and quiet room. We loved having the pool to ourselves & the hours! We liked the kitchen but there was no bakeware so we had to go buy some pans for the pizza.
