I didn't like the fact that they served a paper sack breakfast. The location was not the best!

The space, clean rooms, and quiet and the African American lady at the desk were very efficient. She called in another worker to replace one of the TV's! He was exceptionally nice also.

there was potato soup out one night; would have liked it if there had been a note indicating that it was loaded baked potato soup, which has bacon in it.

The breakfast was meh. Good selection, but the eggs were dried out.

We got there around 9:45pm and there was no one at the front desk to check us in until about 25-30 minutes later because she had left the property to run an errand which is completely unacceptable. Then she acted like I was an inconvenience and she was in a hurry. The water pressure was also non-existent in the showers.

The room was very spacious and perfect for our family of 5! Breakfast was delicious but could've had more options.

Delila (I believe it was or something close) at the front desk was wonderful! She checked for me to see if they had a room available for early check-in and at first there were none but she checked again and one had just come available so she got us in. Upon checkout, I realized I'd left my phone in the room and again Delila assisted me in retrieving it.

did not like to see Mildew in the bathroom. and the hallways were extremely hot. The property can use some renovations, the breakfast was not to good.

Parking can be a little tight when hotel is full but it's manageable.

Breakfast was excellent! They have buffet set up by 7am, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, hash browns, muffins, cereals and fresh fruits. Coffee is available all day, but they also have milk and orange juice/apple juice for breakfast. Two separate bedrooms with sofa bed in the living room accommodates everyone, a full kitchen and full-size refrigerator was really nice for late night snacks. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is a plus too.

the room we booked was a 1 bedroom suite which included a bedroom with king bed, living area with sofa bed and fully furnished kitchen along with dining area. it was perfectly suited to our needs.

The last 2 days there were a very poor breakfast, and the manager argued that the problem was a missing person and broken equipment in the "kitchen" so we had to go somewhere else to have it. The rude manager not even express an apologies for the situation, as we were responsible for it. I think it is better not offer breakfast at all and express it on arrival, so you know exactly what to expect.
