The hot tub was down and the rooms need a lil work done to them and updated a lil bit

The property wasn’t to bad was in a good area and was very convenient  to stores and restaurants near by

We were unable to access the WIFI because we booked through 3rd party according to the front desk agent. She made it sound lke it was our fault we could not login. I have booked other hotels using 3rd party and have NEVER has an issue with the WIFI. Hopefully Homestead remedies this issue.

My wife and I stayed here on 4 FEB 23-5 FEB 23. Front desk clerk spent 10-15 min arguing with someone on the phone and did not even acknowledge me standing there waiting to check in. Front desk clerk also told us that since we booked using a 3rd party that our WiFI would be based off the name I used to book.

I did find the hotel a little outdated. The rooms could use more modern touches. I stayed at other hotels within the same price range and they were more modern.

Breakfast was very good. The main dishes were different every morning. Staff was courteous and helpful. Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants and the outlet mall.

No water supply for a full day so couldnt use restroom or basin/sink had to go nearby restaurant. Were told in 30 minutes everytime we rang. No access to swimming pool due to closure for maintenance. Sat/Sun breakfast till 10 am, we came at 9 am most of the items finished including toasts and we were told we are "late" We were told about items missing in breakfast that they are finished. Wifi in room require lot of details including a local number which we did not have as we just landed in the US. Receptionist gave the helpline and asked us to sort it out by ourselves. No basin or trash in restroom, its outside with the vanity unit. No smart tv only local channels. When sofa bed opens, its hard to walk around with the dining table and chairs. Spring worn mattress in sofa bed Drawers in chest get stuck and do not move freely. Room service every third day, we came on Sunday eve and the next room service was done on Thursday. We got only 2 toilet rolls for 4 guests for 3 days and we have to request more. No blankets for the sofa bed, we had to request. Loud vaccum clean noises in the corridor. Saucepan deshaped, lid does not fit

The room smelled like smoke. The smell was coming from out of the ceiling vents and moreso inside of the bathroom area. Mentioned this to the receptionist when leaving.

There were a couple of things in the room that weren’t clean but over all a nice stay.

Nice location, we got a suite it was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge and kitchen. Comfortable and quiet.

Checking in reception seemed annoyed, we asked for a luggage cart, waited 30 min then decided to carry all the baby stuff and bags up and as we walked by we saw the cart had been sitting there the whole time, the reception we talking amongst themselves to even notice. We had a suite that would fit my whole family and when we walked in there were three pillow. I called to ask for two more so every one has one and they gave us 1 and again with attitude. On day of leaving we called down 6 times to ask for a luggage rack. When I walked down there the receptionists were in there back room laughing and chatting I heard the phone ring the whole time I stood there. FinAlly a very nice housekeeper saw me got the luggage rack and I was on my way. Any interaction with reception we felt annoying, they were far from hospitable.

housekeepers always were nice to us as we walked by. The breakfast was good. Location was perfect for what we were in town for.

Entrance is a bit confusing. And many parking spots occupied late at night by shuttle vans taking 3-4 spaces at a time. Had to park a little aways from hotel entrance.

Loved the location and cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were spacious! Loved that our room had a small kitchen area which always helps out when im traveling with food/ snacks! Breakfast had plenty options to choose from.

Everything but the breakfast and the cute girl at the front desk when we arrived but this was a filthy place!

Breakfast was nice! We were told this was a great hotel. It is not!! Also when we got to our room there was a dirty towel in the hallway and someone had been smoking in our bathroom recently. We were told we would get compensation for this but didn’t!
