My room smelled like smoke (THC). I moved rooms and it smelled like cigarette smoke

Hard to find the room. It’s like apartment complex and that’s fine but there shld be bigger room numbers outside, more visible esp at night.

The loveseat was horrble. It smelled bad and very uncomfortable. The shower/tub filled with water everytime you used it and didn't drain harlly at all.

The layout was awesome, Bed very comfortable. I loved the kitchen.

No Airport Shuttle Van. There are 3 buildings. I was stayed Building B. Which has elevator. Only. Building A, C. Is not. Building B. Has 3 story, I was stayed 2nd floor. I got noise afternoon & early in the morning from 3rd floor. Window was little old. Also room was old. It needs upgrading to new one. Dishwasher was not working. But I was OK.

Good price. Good location. Big Size Room with Kitchen tools and electric oven, refrigerator, Electronic Range.

Room 112 in Building B looks out on six air conditioning units, luckily not running during our late September stay.

Good value in Chicago burbs. I especially appreciated the free EV charger in the lot; I left with a full “tank” for my drive home. Location near malls and 20-30 to downtown. In quiet suburban office park land. Kitchen, living, convenient sink outside bathroom, small but comfortable beds. Host was very helpful in verifying charger availability for me when I booked.

No soaking bathtub. I like to enjoy a nice soak when I go to a hotel so that was a disappointment. The shower was nice, but the shower head wasn't movable.

The bedroom had a ceiling fan and that was great. My husband runs hot so he needs the fan. Plus, we had our dog who runs hot so this was a great feature. I also loved that our room was right next to the exit.

I slipped on some ice outside the hotel and called down to the front desk because some salt really needed to be spread on that side. When I came back a few hours later and checked again in the morning I could see that the sidewalk hadn't been salted. I was lucky enough to be fine from my fall but someone else might not be so that should really have been handled sooner.

The location was great for everywhere I was headed in the area. It was a great sized suite, that I would honestly book for more than one person because it could accommodate more than one. The hotel worked with me on accommodating me arriving a day early as well as me needing to have a room near the EV charger, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

It was New Year’s Eve so someone might have been having a party or something upstairs or next door from my room. They were playing loud music all night.
