Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe noise from outside was a lot. We thought the window was open. The elevator was scary.

United States of AmericaMy room was handicap Accessible but the tub was too high and I hurt my left foot getting in the shower and I slipped in the narrow tub!! I was able to use the grab bar to keep from falling but The tub should not be that narrow and it was ridiculously high for an accessible bathroom! The toilet should have had a bar on the wall to help lift oneself up from it! Whoever created that bathroom obviously needs to familiarize themselves with a handicapped accessible room!!That bathroom was not a great example of one and I have stayed at a hilton property in the past in an accessible room ( in manhattan).
The breakfast was very good on both mornings I had not been to Phoenix before but I think the location was good in that it was close to the airport and also Grand Canyon University. The evening activity at the hotel was nice but it was nearly over after we returned .

United States of AmericaWe didn't spend much time here. We flew into PHX super late and just needed to sleep. I would have liked to stay longer. I think it was a little pricey, though.
I like having a bedroom separate from the living area. Some suites have it all in one big open room. It was an adorable room, slightly outdated, but it was very clean. I liked the spacious bathroom as well.

United States of Americait does smell like weed quite often and it probably wouldn’t be safe to walk under the overpass to the shops and restaurants, There is a huge soccer field where tons of children were playing though, so it’s not THAT bad of an area.
The front desk staff and the manager were both very nice! Dinner and drinks were provided in the lobby some days during our stay The manager even offered to hold my baby while I ate. The breakfast they served was great too. The room was nice and worked for us with 2 babies. We did bring sound machines for the highway noise.

United States of AmericaWe were on the fifth floor and the water pressure was horrible so we couldn't use one of the restrooms and with 8 people that was hard and then at one point we had no water at all. But when I spoke to the front desk about it before checkout was was only offer extra points instead of discount off the room so even though everything else was good we will not stay there again.
The room was very spacious and clean

United States of AmericaI didn't particularly care for the faulty shower head. The pressure was low and it made an obnoxious sound. Only one tv remote worked for the two televisions and one tv had to be reset. I feel like that should've either been done before I arrived or clear instructions should've been left for me to follow regarding the reset.
I liked how spacious it was and how family friendly it was. They had a basketball hoop!

United States of AmericaThere was a lot of traffic noise outside like people was using the street for drag racing. Our room was quite a distance from the lobby and since my husband and I have difficulty walking, we never made it to breakfast. The last half of our trip, we could smell Marijuana in the halls on our floor which was horrible. The carpeting in the areas we walked were filthy and needed to be cleaned.
The room was nice size for our party of 3 people. Whenever we asked for something (extra coffee pods, cups, towels) we were given them with no problem. Parking was close to our room which was a plus.

United States of AmericaThe property is looking a bit battered. Understaffing seemed to be a problem. We had issues with the TV's ( they needed to be reprogrammed each time we turned them on.) No one could help us with the tv problem until the second day. Desk personnel were very pleasant but seemed inexperienced. Breakfast was not good until the regular cook returned to work; then, it was great! Be prepared for road noise. The proximity to I-17 was great for our travels, but the roar of traffic was a bit overwhelming.
The location was great for us. Close to our destinations. Nearby Starbucks and grocery store. Large park nearby for walks. The staff were pleasant. Appliances worked.Good shower pressure. Because of limited staff, we needed to get the towels and other supplies from the desk. Worked out okay

United States of AmericaI was not charged the right rate, plus I was charged an additional $508.44 for some reason I still don't know why. I had the room rate corrected, but I'm still trying to get the $508.44 back. I've called them many times and was told they would be refunding my money. It's been 2 months now and still no refund.
considering covid issues, the breakfast wasn't the usual buffet. there were pre packaged breakfast sandwiches which was sufficient enough. the place was clean and bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe water pressure for the shower/bath. I like taking baths and the tub took forever to fill.
Loved the location. I like that there were a few different places to eat around the area. Love that we were close to walmart because we were passing through on our way to Texas and forgot a couple things.

United States of AmericaThe two bedroom suite (room 119) I had for my parents, nieces and nephews had a broken window. There were also some roaches along the walls of the hallway. I noticed a few squished ones and my mother saw live ones running around the first floor hallways. My room was on the second floor which reeked of cigarettes even though there are no smoking icons present on every door. The pillows seemed pretty outdated, they didn't hold any shape and were very limp.
The kids really enjoyed the pool. Having a large fridge and basic kitchen utensils really helped with snacks and lunches. The two bedroom suite is a must when you have a large group.

United States of AmericaThe room was the worst I've ever stayed in at this location. Light out in kitchen, only small burner worked, kitchen faucet leaked about 1/2 way up the neck (pin hole), no clock and maintenance had to swap TV and box but still no HBO and other channels. It was like no one had stayed in that room for a long time. They did fix everything except faucet but just a pain.
Breakfast was good and location.

United States of AmericaThe a/c temp in the room was not consistent even after adjusting the thermostat. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The carpets in the hall were very spotted with stains and needed to either shampooed or replaced.. Some of the breakfast bar items weren't hot enough. They only had one waffle maker, but with the number of guests getting breakfast, they should have two waffle makers. The pool was supposed to be heated but was not.
Great hospitality and good service for the limited staff they had. Got quick responses from management for my concerns. The breakfast bar was buffet style and the kitchen staff kept different foods full.
