We didn't like that the buildings with the rooms were not attached to the main lobby, We found it strange that we had to go outside to get to the main lobby for breakfast in the morning? It was just a short walk but if it was really cold you definitely wanted to go to breakfast dressed and not in your PJ's. LOL

The room was beautiful, and the bed was very very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, but the has browns were exceptional. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

It was unfortunate that the main building was attached to the rest of the building so you don’t have Togo out in the rain or snow to get the dinning hall. Also would be nice to have a turkey sausage option for breakfast as everyone doesn’t like/eat pork sausage.

The property was exceptionally nice. Spacious, clean, quiet (for the most part), and comfortable.

While I appreciate pet-friendly facilities and have used them with my dogs, I think you should keep some rooms cat-free. I am allergic to cats (as is at least 10% of the population) and I knew right away that a cat had been in that room.

I may have read it wrong but the pool was supposed to be inside 😔 I did love the gym and wish they make a part for littles kids to enjoy as well

That we had a pull out couch 🛋️ my child wanted to sleep alone so that was good. The setting is pretty to and of course I am the mother that loves mirrors and the shower 🚿 I love how it's separate Everything works Make sure to ask for extra towels and rags when housekeeping leaves you will have to wait til the morning 🌞 Breakfast ends at 10am Check out is 12pm and if ud like a linger stay press 0 and let them know

Beautiful place outside too.. breakfast was BEST IEVER HAD ANY WHERE. ALSO THEY HA TAKEOUT CONTAINERS ..NEVER SAW THAT. usually they say something if you take food out. Every thing was Great. Our Team won Championship..⚾️❤️⚾️❤️⚾️

The pillows were very flimsy and although the hotel was very quiet it was in a very weird industrial area, last but not least we were on the 3rd floor and the heater was annoying and loud.

We liked how spacious the rooms were, the staff was exceptional and the breakfast each morning was delicious, It also had a cool basketball hoop.

I had to leave the building to get to the breakfast area and it was cold and snowing outside. Maybe a mini covered bridge that connects the buildings would be nice especially in the winter.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Every staff member we encountered was friendly (and happy) from check-in to checkout. At breakfast all the servers would say good morning and smile. So unusual when most places people barely look at you. Great way to start the day!

Everything was great!!

We were staying in Syracuse one night on our way to Niagara falls. We wanted to take in a Syracuse Mets game while we were there. The hotel was a short drive from NBT bank stadium. The staff was great and friendly, the breakfast was not fancy but had plenty of choices to give your day a good start. The bed was super comfortable and the room had a lot of space and was laid out well.

No one emptied garbage or picked up dirty towels. You don’t have to clean the room but you can come in and empty garbages, take dirty towels and restock towels.
