Had a very NOISY window mount type AC Unit. Lots of outside street noise in the room due to the older, slat style windows letting all the noise in.

The location was only one block from Beach front. Close to everything.

One of the beds didn't have a headboard and the side of the bed was against the wall so there was nothing to stop pillows from falling off the top of the bed. The window is not a pane of glass but like large glass window blinds so there are small gaps to the outdoors, which let in a lot of sound.

The best thing about this stay was the lady at the front desk, Lexuss, who was very friendly and helpful during our checkin process. The coffee area in the lobby is nice, too. Otherwise it was a budget stay and okay for one night.

The balcony door on 2 out of 3 of our rooms did not completely shut leaving a small gap. The location is next to a bar so night time was quite loud. Closet space only. No dresser for clothes. 15.00 hidden fee for internet and coffee added for each night.

All six of us (3 couples) enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Also the affordability of the accomodations. Beach accessories and coffee available in the morning.

The air conditioner was very noisy and the air was hitting my face as the bed was positioned parallel to the air conditioning unit. I was not able to sleep well. There was no liquid soap or bar soap available in the bathroom sink. I had to ask for it. The liquid soap container in the shower was very very tough to press so we ended up using the little soap bar given to us. There was a desk but no chair available. My son had to ask for it as he needed to attend a zoom meeting. There was no parking available. We had to park in a public parking about 5 to 8 minutes walk from the hotel and paid US$30/day. We could hear all the noise from the outside even though we were on the 4th floor.

The location is very good.

We read some reviews that the air-conditioners can get a little loud - and it's true for 2 rooms that we stayed in! We could sleep with earplugs though, so don't forget to pack those!

The price was fair and the location was simply excellent! A stone's throw from Waikiki beach, right off the main walking street Kalakaua, and the fact that it's behind the Hyatt made it super convenient for drop-off and pick-up stations of the day tours!

waikiki is over built. You can't find sand from the people who are laying on the beach. Growth has wreck the beach. It's nothing more than a tourist trap.

Some items are a bit old and needed to be repaired. The prices in Waikiki are extremely high, and this also applies for this hotel, even when it belongs to the most available hotels in Waikiki.

A small, simple Hotel, not very comfortable, however, somehow clean. I spent three days as a leader of a field-trip with 30 university students and we had a variety of experience: from a broken shower, noisy rooms and a lack of gathering rooms. However, we can recommend this hotel for a short stay. The personal is sometimes very nice.

It’s just a block to the Waikiki beach and hotel provides beach towels for free. Bed is comfortable and the room was large and clean. I recommend to book a room on top floors.

TV didn't work and they wouldn't do anything about it -- normally wouldn't care, but it rained every single day no soap at the sink very little room cleaning

I will suggest that the property try to offer more “services” for their guests, even if 3rd party, and I don’t mean “tours.” The guest will pay for the service, just needs to be offered or available. The location is fantastic!
