No amenities. The heater was up high remote didn't work. Had to climb. My room was super duper small.

They had breakfast. Television. Indian restaurant downstairs. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants nearby. Near Lake Merritt. Bed was comfortable.

In our room you have cable /Roku. We couldn’t get the Roku advertising off our screen ? That was irritating. . I know we could have called front desk but we just wanted to relax after a long drive .

It has upgraded since the last time we stayed there . You now can park your car in Next to the hotel itself. Which is nice.

The bed and room are small, and some are badly laid out so that there's not even room to open a suitcase or two. In one room I stayed in the air conditioner was so loud I couldn't hear much over it. The lift is extremely slow. The room key cards seem to demagnitise daily and sometimes more. Everything seems a little bit run down.

The staff here really try to accommodate you. There are rooms with microwaves and fridges, which is helpful. The quality of the bathrooms varies but they're of a decent size. The location is a very convenient walk to the BART.

Room and building are a bit old. The elevator is rather slow and small. And the carpet is a bit old and so the rooms aren't terribly clean, but not to a terrible extent.

Breakfast was fine, tea and coffee available through the day, more or less. Greatly positioned near BART and bus stops. And next to some restaurants and wallgreens.

The entry door was jammed, had to really tug to get in. Not a great introduction given the reputation of the area. Breakfast was underwhelming. They ran out of milk and never replaced it for at least the next two days. It wasn't the worst spread ever, but it wasn't great either. The window looked out onto a different window for a room around the corner. Didn't bother me, but don't expect a view.

Friendly staff. Proximity to public transportation. Small room, no wasted space. Wouldn't be good for more than a couple, kids would not like

Room 201 is noisy and the shower was not working it’s spluttering . It would have been perfect if not for that .but my room was perfect 312 .

The location Parking area is not secure vehicles get windows broken into it’s not secure can’t sleep comfortably without thinking if your car will be broken into , cars get vandalized.

Breakfast wasn't well supplied: on both mornings there was no fruit, and on the second morning they were also out of yogurt. The pancake machine just stood there: it didnt work. The bread toaster worked, but they forgot to pull something out of the machine so all the bread kept stuck

The beds were comfortabel and the bathroon was very big. The hotel is situated very close to a subway station

Breakfast looks good at first but was quite a let down. Pancake machine doesn’t work and when you come in late, there is a big chance that some stuff isn’t available anymore

The people hanging right outside the hotel entrance. The constant noise from the adjoining room until 4:48am when I finally knocked on the door. If I had known it was an adjoining room, I would not have booked it.

Location very convenient. Price was good. Breakfast was good.

Our car got broken into just across the street from the hotel.
