Early construction on a bridge right next door was not so good but they have a job to do so what you gonna do. No double lock on the door and I was on the bottom floor so I would have felt safer with that. The sink for the restroom was extremely hot, so hot you couldn't even touch the faucet. The temp definitely needs to be turned down. The ice machine had no ice and I really needed some. The TV remote was not easy to use. Not very user friendly. No breakfast, no hair dryer, no coffee machine.

The price was good, but you get what you pay for.

I disliked everything about it personally. My GF and I were in town for a Beavers game and everything else was booked up, this was the only thing we could find. Literally everything needs updating. The bed frame in our room was falling apart and I kicked my shin on some kind of mattress stay. After wondering what it was we started looking around and noticed is was off center with the headboard. So we moved it back, that’s when the bed frame started falling apart. I don’t expect much of a mattress when I get a “ cheeper hotel” but darn it was hard and thin. I felt that I was totally gouged for the price as well. I think it was a $70 a night room at the most and I payed more than twice that because that’s all I could get on that night. Never have I stayed in such a low quality room for that much money in my life.

Disappointed the room did not have a coffeemaker or iron/ironing board (the 1 time I actually needed to use it!). No local information or tv guide. Half the channels were frozen. Beds need to be upgraded, mattresses were hard. While the room was clean, the amenities were VERY minimal.

We had to argue with the reception guy about getting extra towels. Broken faucet in bathroom light bulbs out in bathroom. We asked to stay and pay a partial fee for 3 hours because my 80 year old husband was sick and the manager made us pay for an entire day extra.

It was way over priced. Tiny tiny bottle of shampoo, not enough for two people. No conditioner or lotion either. Would have expected that. No breakfast. Wifi didn’t work in the evening.

Beds were very hard. Outlets didn't hold the plugs in. There wasn't a phone plug in on the bedside lamp like all other places I've stayed recently. No hair dryer and no hot water. Very poor water pressure.

Staff was friendly and check in was quick. Very appreciative that you are dog friendly. However, a refundable dog deposit would be be a good idea.
