There was no guest restroom near lobby. Breakfast options were minimum. Water dispenser was not available anywhere in premises.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and humble. They allowed us early check-in, and all the formalities were completed seamlessly.

We found a piece of something under the sofa bed, but we notified the front desk, and the room was cleaned. The hotel seems to be outdated.

The front desk staff were excellent! Beds were comfortable, and the room had enough space for the kids to play.

Outdated, no breakfast bar. I am not a fan of grab and go. Workout room inaccessible, no ice machine. Rooms not really clean especially pull out couches and bathrooms. Most of the electrical outlets don't hold plugs due to worn out. Electrical hazard.

We had some roaches, hallways and stairwells were dirty. Dog waste bins were overflowing.

the front door would be locked at night and the key card for it doesnt work. luckily the side doors worked. when i used the phone next to the door when they were locked the lady on the other end hung up on me my room smelled like a wet smoker/moldy smoker all the time shower was slightly broken like it needs to be resealed or tightened. made the water pressure almost non-existent. shower wasnt cleaned throughly as there was an old soap bar and some hair on top (see photos) and in one kitchen cabinet there were dozens of grocery bags and car cables.

It’s dated and the carpet in the hallway has a smell. It needs cleaning or replacing.

The rooms need color to brighten the rooms but It was very clean. That’s very important.

I really enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites. Everything was very impressively clean and beautiful. My bed and couch were comfortable and it's in a very nice area, so I felt safe. It's close to interstate and it was an easy off-on for my trip. Everything was perfect but something that others need to know is that there were no pots, pans, bowls, plates, silverware in the kitchen, so you will need to bring your own. We did use the microwave and the refrigerator is a large one and we used it also. If we ever come back through this way we will probably stay here again.

Staff parked in handicapped spaces without placards. Did not get a decent nights sleep, all 4 nights due to guest(s) above us stomping so bad that it shook our bathroom door. Called front desk to complain 5 times but it still continued. The worse hotel stay I have ever had

Breakfast was nice, offering coffee, breakfast bars, oatmeal, and muffins. I would like to have had more options with healthy protein choices such as meat/eggs/yogurt etc.

Check-In was pleasant and comfortable. The price and availability of a last minute rental was great.

The hotel clerk at the front desk told me that she did not know how to work the computer. She made me double pay, after I explained that I booked through the booking app. She was also rude and obnoxious with the booking customer service agent as well.

dark in room even when all lights on, 1 light flickering & staff tried to fix but couldn't so couldn't use that 1, too hot or too cold all the time no matter unit adjustment, constant rumble and floor moving badly in kitchen made us feel dizzy standing there, refinishing in bathroom sink and tub chipping off making it seem unclean, crumbs in both beds when covers first pulled back, were there 3 days & entire 2nd floor we were on stunk so badly it seeped into our clothes so we smelled like that too everywhere we went, office chair pulled up to kitchen counter too dirty to sit in. just overall a very depressing place to stay and won't stay there or any extended stay ever again. also, vending machine took our money and staff refused to reimburse us.
