Old looking. Only 1 blanket on bed. No bedspread which was weird . Grab and go breakfast was pathetic. Bed was very hard

The amenities were bare bones. Only one thin blanket. You could hear noise from the upstairs room and from outside. The area felt unsafe. There was a homeless camp next to the hotel and the entry door had to stay locked because of that.

It was convenient to the freeway exit and shopping. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was good size.

First of all, the smell of the hotel. From the moment you walk in it reeks of cigarettes, the staff are very unprofessional and under trained they seem like they don’t want to even be at work specially the night shift lady. The room was dirty and unsafe, the shows rod was literally broken and close to falling off the wall, the sheets smelled dirty and when I requested for extra pillows because I’m pregnant the staff said they didn’t have any extras, elevator and hallways smell like cigarettes and marijuana. Homeless are always hanging around the building outside, it felt so uncomfortable and unsafe, yelling and screaming late at night, I literally did not even trust my vehicle outside in the parking lot, I’m driving a 2024 and feared that it would get broken into or stolen. This was the worst experience ever

The amount of homeless that hang around.

The access to a kitchen and it was a very spacious room with double beds. They also had locked gated parking which I appreciate.

The girl at the front desk told me I would have to vacate the premises because the hotel had not received payment from booking.com. regardless of the fact I had confirmation receipt and proof of payment email and text rom booking.com and from the hotel. I was forced to get in touch with booking.com and was on the phone for over 2 hours doing everything I could to not get thrown out of my room that I had paid for.

It stated on Booking.com that a breakfast was included but it should have said a muffin and oatmeal was provided. The muffin was the size of a half dollar. It was pretty lame. No ice machines, no hair dryer or USB connections in the room, no alarm clock. The bed had a sheet and a very, very thin blanket and that's it. No comforter. There were 4 table or wall hung light and 2 didn't work. It was horrible. Never stay there again.

The price, but I guess you get what you pay for. But you know, $70/night is a lot of money and you used to get a lot for $70/night. Everything is changing for the worse.

The lady working the desk deserves a raise. 13+ hours traveling and being greeted with such good energy was a huge bonus. The property was clean and conveniently located. This is a good spot to stay while traveling if you need a hot shower and rest.

Continental breakfast was nice but food items were scarce. Extended breakfast times would be awesome.

The building is older and there haven’t been any updates so I didn’t use the stovetop, it didn’t seem that safe to me.

Well to start when I went to check in my reservation was there but Jennifer Said I still had to pay in order to stay because the virtual card that was sent over from booking .com your website so I got charge twice especially when out of town on vacation and three hour drive and having to deal with checking in and still having to pay again for the same room twice not fun
