Needed more plug in's by the bed for cell phones, c-pap. Bath toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned. Breakfast was a disappointment. We had read reviews that said there was a hot breakfast. Breakfast consists of granola bars, muffins or oatmeal that you can make in your room.

Nice room, comfortable. This room had a single bed. Bed was comfortable and nice pillows.

They have coin operated washers and dryers but do not have a change machine and the gentleman at the front desk said he was unable to give change. That was the only issue we had which really wasn’t even an issue..more of an inconvenience.

The kitchen had a full size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and sink which was very convenient! They provide dishes up front if needed as well. Room was very clean aside from the fridge having someone’s drink still in there.

Overflowing garbage cans and people hanging out on the North side doorway - not sure why. Trash all over the sidewalk/driveway. People "hanging out" at North doorway was a little concerning - perhaps a security camera is needed? I parked behind the building where I could keep an eye on my car but to access it I had to walk through the trash and groups of seedy smoking people hanging around. "Breakfast" listed on website but not offered or available - update your website.

Room was clean and well maintained. No carpeting in the room - which I liked - much easier to keep clean. Room was quiet - no noise from any neighbors or hallway which I really appreciated. Elevator was a plus. Front desk clerks very friendly and helpful.

The room I was in was very clean I was surprised to see a full stove in there so that eliminated me from keep buying restaurant food so that was a plus. It was nice and quiet. Judy at the front desk was the sweetest she had great hospitality I will be back in 2wks and I will be staying there again

The only amenities were toilet paper and 2 thin bath towels and washcloths and a bar of soap. there was no coffee maker in the room or complementary coffee in the lobby. The desk clerk told us the property had changed to guests having to buy kits with dishes, etc.

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and apologetic that they had changed to a different format that did not include coffee, breakfast, dishes or coffee maker in the room.

I loved everything about the hotel, the area was perfect, different varieties of restaurants, I loved cherry vale mall and other attractions.

This was the only available hotel at last minute and I was able to reserve a room, the check in was very quick, my stay was perfect-the room was very cozy and comfortable, the staff was nice and I love the kitchen that was included although I didn’t cook! Will stay again once the new hotel is built! Highly recommended!

I arrived and found no coffee maker and not a pot nor pan to cook with in what is supposed to be a fully equipped kitchen. An equipped kitchen is the main reason I choose this type of accommodation. They had no offering of coffee in the lobby and not so much as a box of Captain Crunch to eat for breakfast. I complained the lack of utensils. I was told they were transitioning. "Transitioning," from to what? The next afternoon, after stressing my displeasure, they brought a coffee maker and cooking utensils to my room gratis. (They now charge for these extras.) This softened the sting for I could have stayed in in a less expensive place that served breakfast and have a coffee makers in the rooms.

The property is in need of updating. The rooms feel old and outdated. They will give you anything you want for the kitchen at the desk, but they aren’t stocked with anything - not even a coffee maker and cups.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Disappointing after reading reviews. It’s been updated to some degree, but still feels “older”. No ice machine on-site, breakfast was a few granola bars and packaged muffins and coffee. I’ll spend a few more dollars for a nicer hotel next time. Lobby was a real turn-off.
