The couch and beds was very uncomfortable. The recliner was broken. A few of the drawers were broken. The shower head was in need of repairs (it sprayed water all over the place from were it was attached to the wall). The shower certain was missing the inner liner, so water got all over the floor. There was only 1 garbage can for the entire room (it was an extremely small one in the bathroom). The drapes in the window didn't close all the way, so anyone could look in (room was on the ground floor).

The room was large enough for 4 people to stay comfortably.

The pictures definitely make it look bigger than it is. Upon request you're given 2 skillets, a cutting board and a 2 place setting of dishes/silverware which is kind of difficult with 4 people, so we just bought paper plates and plastic silverware for our stay. You also get a coffee pot and toaster with that. The main stove eye didn't work and the toaster was a little smokey. You don't have control over the heat/air so it wasn't exactly where we wanted it at times, but it wasn't terrible. It's a "you get what you pay for" situation in a two star hotel. Overall we had a good stay and will likely be back when we come back to PA.

They made a last minute change to our reservation because I forgot to reserve for our dog, so that was a huge relief after a 7 hour drive from NC. Veronica at the front desk was awesome and extremely helpful. The beds were really comfy. It's located close to Walmart and a lot of other stores to go shopping and places to eat. About 20 minutes to Pittsburgh, so not a bad drive.

It was very loud in the hallways during the day and evening. There were adults and children constantly making noise and running from room to room. I am assuming families were living there temporarily.

It’s not clean

The property is not kept . The outside doors are completely wide open all day and night - anyone can walk right in. The carpet here needs to go as they must have too many animals staying here because that’s what it smells like .

No one was at the front desk 90% of the time. The front desk workers were the only ones there to clean the rooms. We weren't checked in properly, and our 2nd room was given away the following day. Just a really bad experience overall.

It took 4 hours to have the room ready, and I had to wait in the lobby from 9PM to 1AM (check in was supposed to be 3PM). We had 2 room reserved, and the 2nd room wasn't ready until 4AM, so we never got to use it. I guess it was clean when we got in.

It isn't accessible. The whole place smelled. No one staffed the front desk. Everything was dirty. There looked to be a blood splatter on the ceiling in front of the front desk. The room has stains. Things were falling apart. The window screen was falling out. There were no eating utensils, cookware or dishes despite being advertised. The bed skirts had who knows what on them. The office chair looked like it was pulled from a dump. The refrigerator was broken and sharp. There were sticky spills on the couch. The closet shelf was falling off the wall the curtain that covered the closet was falling off the ceiling. There were trash and cigarettes all over the property. Breakfast was granola bars and muffins.

Not a bad location, but that's all it had going for it.

Our toilet ran unless you juggled the handle. Some kids were running down the halls. The guy at check-in was rude to my husband.

Maintenance and the description was inaccurate

If they had continental breakfast we did not see it nor did we know of a pool. There was stinky large amounts of trash in the stairwells, the manager was very sober, while the fitness area looked awesome the maintenance of the property looked to not be done. It looked like at one time the property was nice. It was spacious and I believe the sheets were clean. I have seen dirtier places but my allergies acted up and I am sure there was dust in the air.

Not sure where to start. The front desk check in was slow (were not busy). Receptionist mumbled words took a personal picture of my drivers license didnt have me sign anything and had to repeat the amount of times he provided me my room number. Inital entry to room was okay. Dim lighting in the hallways upon entry room smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. the floors were sticky and had a ton of foot prints on them. The towels had hair on them and were an off shade of yellow and pretty sure the towels were to be white.

The room was dirty, the bed had several stains and it was honestly really gross. We had a no smoking room but it smelled like smoke because the room next door was a smoking room. It was hard to breathe at times and always stunk. Would not recommend.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They were the best part of our stay at this hotel.

Very disappointing for the price!! The reception area and small and shabby looking, the hallways has a bad smell and the breakfast included only coffee, cereal bars and some packaged muffins. The rooms themselves were very outdated and not very clean. Overall, would not recommend this stay.
