There wasn't enough lighting in the room. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. And at check out time there wasn't a staff member in sight to check out. Made me stand there til 7am and made me off schedule for hitting the road

Too far from shopping and good restaurants. I understand it’s a family or long stay property but too noisy with the large groups staying at this location. Plus breakfast was a joke pre-package items was all that was offered.

My reservation had been canceled when we arrived.. I sent an email explaining we would arrive very late or very early the next morning. I received a response from the hotel, but the reservation was still canceled. I showed the clerk the email communications...I had to ask to speak with someone else because I told her we needed a room...While she called her manager, I called booking.com...To make this long story short, her manager told her to give us a room.

The bed would rise off the floor when you sit at the end of it. The floor in the kitchen was dirty. Only two sets of towels for 4 people, was told we had to exchange them to get two more.

There were ants on kitchen table. They were there when we got there. Ice cube tray, but no ice box in freezer.

Breakfast was just a couple of muffins & granola bars. But my kids love this muffins. Love location, So many cool things for kids nearby.

Water pressure in the shower was kinda low and the bed is a bit hard. Had to go down to the front desk for every little thing when it would have been much more convenient if they already had all that stuff in the rooms, especially when they do have a kitchenette!

Nice area and I liked that the rooms were inside. Elevator.

Location, great price, great staff it was second year staying here during the summer. I love that it has a kitchen that's my favorite part. Having kids with you for 5 days, a kitchen definitely comes in handy.

Disappointed when we woke up the next morning to get some breakfast to find they were out of their breakfast items.

The staff was helpful and knowlegable with giving recommendations on what to do in the area... Overall I would probably stay here again in the near future..

We had to ask for every little thing. Towels, toaster, shampoo, a lightbulb in kitchen. The lighting was dim in room even with all the lights turned on. Low water pressure in shower. No breakfast served either day we stayed, only coffee. Pool was murky with sand. No phone in our room.

Floor in room slopped like it was in need of repair. The dishes are not left in the room so you have to request.. For my family they gave me 1 plate, 3 cups and 3 bowls with a skillet and a pot so small you couldnt even fit a package of ramen. The a/c struggled to keep the room cool so I suggest you bring a fan. The beds were ok, nothing special. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless its all I could afford.
