The room was not very clean. We found something sticky on the counter. The microwave and refrigerator didn't work. The towels had stains and we found hair in the bathroom.

The staff was super nice. The location was great for our visit. We were in walking distance of the civic center.

The Motel is outdated and run down. A little overpriced for what you were actually getting. Tv was old and snowy, hard to watch but my husband suffered through it as we only stayed one night. There were missing tiles and broken tiles in the room floor that we stayed in.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We did not eat breakfast that was provided so I can not comment on that.

The connecting door was COVERED in black mold. You could smell it as soon as you walked into the room. The bathroom door had blood on it.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. They were working very hard.

The room we stayed in did not have a tv that works, we asked multiple times for someone to check it out and they wouldn’t.

We chose to eat out because you did not have the selection. The bathroom door was broken. Toilet did not flush! Lighting in the room was horrible! Sorry but you need to work on up keeping the rooms!!

From check in on, it was not good, the clerk couldn’t get us checked in and kept trying to take more money from my debit card, I had already prepaid, this resulted in my debit card being locked on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 P.M. The floors were absolutely filthy, after a shower Friday night my grandson got in bed, I helped with his bath so I know his feet were clean, they were black when he got in the bed ! A picture wouldn’t stay on the wall, so I finally took it down!

Smell of urine upon entering room and lingered Sticky floor wore my shoes whenever not on bed Door didn't work properly, couldn't get deadbolt to engage. Also when leaving the door would not close from outside. No tv channel listing No shampoo Had to unplug the microwave or refrigerator to use the coffee maker.

The room was not carpeted and the floor was filthy and the bottom of your feet was black with dirt. Very large room but the bathroom was small. Asked housekeeping named Karen to please clean the floor which she did right away and was very sweet and helpful.

price was expensive for the low quality hotel. rooms are half clean. blinds did not close all the way. water was not that hot to shower in. the first room i had was covered in standing water from the door to the bathroom. the second room i had looked like a janitors closet.

Our room reeked of mold, and you could see a lot of mold growing in the vents. We were up all night coughing and sneezing. Door bolt was pulled out of the wall so it couldn’t be latched properly. Cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired.

Killed a roach as soon as we walked in the room. Giant crack in the shower wall. Toilet handle didn’t work properly. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. The ac was locked or stuck on 67 degrees and could not be changed. Breakfast food wasn’t replenished.

I knew going in it was a 2 star hotel. when we checked in the room they tried to give us, it had water on the floor black mold on the wall and a mold smell going in. not a good start. we changed rooms and the next one was better. the up keep of the hotel it self needs to be improved.

The location is great! The breakfast was good hot and space was clean.
